Daughter and son-in-law of the owner refuse to honor the store's written return policy. Daughter of the owner was very rude and is trying to force us to initiate a manufacturer warranty process that will take weeks to resolve. Written return policy states full refund will be given if item is returned within 30 days and accompanied by a receipt. Both of these requirements have been met but no refund has been honored. All requests to speak with the owner were adamantly refused. Will never shop at this store again. If I could give them a rating of zero stars, I would. Guess we'll see them in small claims court.

The young man (wow, that makes me sound old, doesn't it!) who helped us was very friendly, checked stock on the floor & in the back, and when he couldn't find what we were looking for, directed us to purchase on the website & have it shipped to the store, so that we'd save the shipping cost. Customer service is horrible and prices are neither good or bad, just average.
