Extremely friendly, go over the top when it comes to service, and will search though everything they have to find what you want. I get the kind of impression they have done some sales on eBay in the past, but I don't think they dabble in that (or don't have to) anymore. If you are a dad or mom and are thinking about going to get you kid / adult equipment at a national chain, I suggest you take a look at this place first. EXTREMELY reasonably priced.
