The classes are great because they are all set up already, and no clean up needs to be done after the workout. The stations are easy to find and the demonstrations of the workouts are great for a newbie gym goer to catch on to. The coaches are friendly and energetic. The classes are either 45 minutes or 60 minutes depending on the day. The classes range from 5:30 am to 5:45 pm depending on the day of the week and the class. I liked all of the coaches that I had, Avalon, Julia, Brooke, and the others (even though I may not remember their names they all were great). The location is right by the ocean so it's nice to see some views of the pier before or after a class. I highly recommend this gym, and recommend getting in before the rates increase.
