The studio itself is very clean (highly critical) is a bit small, but it surprisingly has enough room to practice the combatives. Coach Carlos & his team are very passionate, knowledgeable, dedicated and kind and have so much patience with newcomers. I immediately felt welcome and excited to learn the many techniques without any fear. There is a variety of classes & times offered for both seeking adults or for children and even a self defense class strictly for women called Women Empowered.
