My two boys started training at Hyper Martial Arts about a year ago. We had couple friends who were training here and spoke highly of the program and we were intrigued. In addition, one of my son was just coming out of his physical therapy treatment for neurological problems and I wanted to make sure he was continuing to receive physical rehabilitation and martial arts seems like a good fit for his needs. My boys absolutely loved the training from the start which is fun and engaging. The coaches are so motivating and welcoming to all the trainees. They really are the best. About 9 months into the training I really started to see the progression and improvement in their physicality and mindfulness. I definitely hear more "thank you's" and see more perseverance in what they do which is all part of the training. The various training times they offer also makes it so feasible for us to fit in training times in between their other sports and activities.
