Furthermore, it doesn't seem like the company needs any advice since the rating is so incredibly low. I'll see if this gives me a better outcome?!? I used to work for a big name consulting firm doing operational reviews of companies. This one has a lot of symptoms and cracks that should be looked at. Here's my experience. I ordered a rug from the store in West Palm Beach. The sales rep there told me I could check my rug delivery on the Internet. I never received an email informing me of a tracking number so after several weeks, I called the store, was given one and told that the ship date was February 26 having been to the store in January. February 29, I checked the website and all it said about the order was that it was in process. So I called. The first thing the automated system told me was that I did not match my phone number but yet the correct phone number is in their system. So I spoke to a customer service rep and they told me the order was canceled. The reason being is that my credit card did not go through. I had the previous week had some fraud on my card and it was cancelled. Despite that happening, I received no email or phone call notifying me or to rectify the situation. When I spoke to the supervisor, he said invariably the email was in my junk or spam folder, and I told him that that was not the case. I receive tons of marking emails but yet not one on the status of my order at any time. The customer service rep said items now are on back order. however, the supervisor said they had a few in stock. I was put in the queue. I inquired as to how I could be put first in line in the queue given the situation and non communication. No can-do. This company needs to look at their operations and see where the cracks are and correct them. Very very disappointed.

Taylor's husband is often in the store and he is just as helpful and can really provide amazing feedback to help you stock up on gifts for the men in your life! This section of HIVE has a magical feeling to it, with beautiful green castles wrapping around the shelves, and a large variety of products ranging from toys, clothes, to beach accessories all throughout. When Taylor was not with us however, I did feel like every several minutes there was someone different offering to help, which felt a bit repetitive. One of my favorite parts is seeing their Maileg collection!! If you are not familiar with this brand, it is a Danish company that makes the most well-made & collectible children's toys. It would be a disservice to them to try and explain their brand without pictures, as such I recommend you do a quick google search. :) There is also a clearance section in the back corner, which had soo many cute items (especially for babies). While we only had enough time to shop at one area of the store, the bakery appears to be a massive success as several people recommended going on our way out. I'm coming back for you vanilla cupcake. ****** As a first time visitor it was *almost* overwhelming to see how large and busy it is, but can confidently say I'll be back to continue exploring. There is complimentary Valet Parking, which is helpful as self-parking is pretty limited. Come with enough time to explore (if possible!). Each section is unique & thoughtfully designed. I happen to be in the West Palm Beach area meeting a friend for coffee and stopped by this Ollie's. Good timing. It's a pretty big outlet with lots of affordable options on new items. I will say the book selection here is quite nice. I saw a lot of cool books that I would definitely buy. I have way too many books as is, so I didn't need to buy that many more. Ha. The prices were fair and a really good deal. They have another location in the Delray Beach area as well. Unfortunately, they don't have any Ollie's locations closer to me, but that's ok because I don't need to spend more money on BOOKS!!! This was a good find all in all and I'm glad I got to stop by and check it out. They sell tons of other stuff too but I was laser focused on the books during this trip.

Everything in this small store is marked and neatly displayed. There's room between most of the items. Price wise it's not bad with some items reasonable and others on the side of a higher priced goodwill -- but better quality. All items seem clean and in good shape. We didn't find anything we liked well enough to buy today, but that's not saying you won't.

Of course not everyone has died. Some people just want to sell a household of stuff in bulk before a move. In any case I'd much rather purchase estate items which are usually of a nicer quality than thrift, at a clean store like this. Also you are not having to drive around to multiple addresses. Everything I saw was in great condition. They had furniture, collectibles, mattresses, house hold goods, and even some clothes. If it makes up items in someone's household, they sell it. A wooden T.V.console was only $25. They had some nice knick knack shelves and I am currently studying my walls to see if they will accommodate them.I wanted to know if prices were firm or negotiable but the man who was working was chatting to someone else and I didn't want to interrupt. Although they didn't have a huge amount of items, what they do have warrants a look if you are in the area.
