When I decided to sell my townhouse in Alameda and relocate to Long Beach it seemed pretty overwhelming. One of my concerns was my 3 cats and I was torn about how to deal with open houses, etc. Some of the agents I spoke with didn't really hear me about that, and I didn't feel comfortable with their suggestions. The biggest challenge for us was that I was completely remote throughout the process and we worked together through email, text, and docusign. He recommended several home improvements to get the house market ready and Quinn was on the ground getting contractors through and overseeing the completion of the improvements. We also did staging. Because I was remote, he even helped look through the contractor work I hired myself. The work we did cost some money and he was able to negotiate payment at the close of escrow with the vendors he brought in. When we were ready to list, Quinn hired a professional photographer along with other services on his own dime. We got 3 offers and went to escrow with an offer significantly higher than the listing price (by design).Our escrow process was a bit rocky, but he stuck with the situation even after escrow closed to bring issue to closure.
