Now that I've worked with him, it is obvious to me why the reviews are so glowing - he is a fantastic realtor. (And for what it's worth, it seems like he's an equally amazing person too.) Kellen was patient with me in the search process; readily and quickly available for showings and for all my random questions; great at helping me visualize what spaces could be; highly knowledgeable about the local area and market; and thoughtful in helping me assess pros/cons of various things.
