Dr. Coccia has been my doctor for 20+ years. I have never had a complaint about him or his office…read more I still have no complaints about the doctors and nurses at Cullman Family Practice. My issue recently is with the company that has taken over cullman primary care, Complete Health. This week has been very difficult for me. I needed a refill for a breathing medication. My pharmacy sent a refill request, which they have done for a long time. they received no reply for several days. I tried to call the dr. office and was told they no longer accept the pharmacy request. i asked for a refill to be sent to my pharmacy, that was 2 days ago. my breathing has be increasingly difficult. i had to go to urgent care today to get treatment. I don't see how Complete Health can put on their signs 'patience first...always. I actually have an appointment with my doctor tomorrow. As I said I still would not want to go to anyone besides dr. Coccia, I am very disappointed in the disruptions from the new company

Do NOT trust this establishment with your healthcare…read more As a healthy individual, I do not require medical care often. As such, I visit the doctor once a year for a required work health (wellness) screening. This wellness screening is covered 100% by my insurance,. In the 2 years I used Warehouse Primary Care & Specialty Clinic (PCP: Ashley Scoggins), I have had numerous billing issues both years. I am being billed by the clinic and their laboratory for tests and issues that were never reported by myself. Warehouse physicians are adding fraudulent information (complaints) to my records that I never reported and billing my insurance. When I contact the office about the billing and errors in my patient summary, they state that it is in my record and is billable. As far as I can tell, the staff are fraudulently adding ailments to maximize the amount they can bill, which in turn is billed to me on top of my insurance and what is covered.
