My former Dr. retired about 5 years ago. Had no idea what my wife and I were going to do. She found Dr. Parker was taking new patients. We were used to an older Dr.,but decided to give it a try. He was the same age as our son's. Our experience with Dr. Parker has been great. We have never had to wait in the office over 10 minutes. The nurse is prompt on taking vitals. When Dr. Parker comes in he is never in a hurry,gives me plenty of time to talk things out. I feel like I have made a friend instead of him being my Dr. He has help me with a couple issues with bladder and prostate, that I had been battling for years. Around 9:45 I requested a short notice visit with Dr. Rogers. He was not available until 1:30 and then had to cancel that. The office called at 10:00 and said Lori was available at 10:30. That worked even better since after her extensive time with me she felt a referral to an ER was appropriate. We preferred to go to HSV since my specialists are there and we had 9 hours of tests and waiting. Had she not worked me into the earlier time it would have made for an even longer day. This is my second time seeing Lori. In both cases she has been very professional and a pleasure to see. Her diagnoses, treatments, and referrals have been correct and appropriate. Molly explained my symptoms and what could be causing them. She went over the lab work that I would probably need. She was very understanding and me feel better about what could be causing my liver functions and my renal test to be out of whack. The office always been straightforward. They get you in and out very quickly. I love and I love her nurse practitioners and the entire office staff are wonderful. very knowledgeable about my condition and management of the condition when I am in severe pain and suffering. X-ray was done in the office, it hurt really bad but they did it as fast as possible. I was concerned about the swelling in my hips and down to my toes, but Charlie said that they would change my B/P medication if I continued to have pain and swelling. I saw Dr. E. Britt a couple of weeks ago and she went ahead and changed my B/P meds and it has helped some. Excellent office staff and great experience with the entire team. read more

Well, a Monday morning... he seemed a little preoccupied... He thought my taking naps maybe a sleep problem so I was prescribed a bipolar med, low dose. which upon reading side affects, I declined and a 81 MG aspirin which I already have via OTC purchases. He also was going to send a referral to True Dermatology but when I called there was no record at crmc or the Dermatology clinic.I made my appointment any way. My longterm Doctor and friend retired and he told me to get in Dr. Britt"s office. Best advice he ever gave me. She is the most compassionate and caring doctor I have ever met. She listens to everything you have to say. We as the patient have the best information a doctor can get if they listen. Dr. Britt is very intelligent and has a heart of gold. I got to my appointment with Dr Stidham on time, and called back with very little waiting....I was checked out by nurses, and soon Dr Stidham came into the room....he asked me questions and I asked him some questions.....he sent my pharmacy some refills on three of my medications which they have received to be filed away for future use.....and overall Dr Stidham was helpful and really gave me a good report. once you get to the nurse and doctor Dr.Parker excellent. He is great doctor and the nurses haven't had a bad one yet. The front first time ever had someone that didn't know how to talk to people thought she did no wrong in her job. she didn't know how to talk to someone that just got denied insurance . couldn't care less. Mrs. Jones was very thorough and friendly. She was the one who i saw as a patient of the walk-in clinic at Cullman Internal Medicine when I had an issue with diverticulitis she prescribed me antibiotics, scheduled a follow up appointment with my regular doctor and offered to set me up to have tests done if the problem didn't clear up. Amazing. My husband was in a very bad accident in April and she has went above and beyond to take care of him and make sure he is getting better. I can not say enough great things about her or her staff. They are all very welcoming, will go above and beyond to get what needs to be done no matter if its weekends, holidays or whatever. Mollie Dockery is fantastic. I've been having a ton of health issues and couldn't get anyone to listen to me. She was the first person to sit down and truly make me feel heard. She listened to everything I had to say, including my anxiety about everything going on. She told me that she wanted to give me peace of mind and would do what she could to give me that. She listened to my concerns and took them seriously, giving me good directions to treat my issues. I was early, so the wait time seemed long, but our visit was thorough and unhurried. Well Mr Hopkins is a very great doctor that I could ever finally found he was there when I needed him or left messages and he has called me directly and so far everything he said that should happen that don't happen to do this and do that and that's what it came right into play but I don't think he ever expected that me to have pneumonia neither did I but I don't know other than that he is a a well good doctor in my book read more
