I hired this company solely for packing services at a rate of $200 for two hours. The owner,…read moreDustin, sent two young women--one of whom is his wife--to complete the work. Unfortunately, they appeared to lack proper packing experience and training, and did not take the job seriously. Here are some of the key issues I observed: Unsealed bags and boxes were left on the floor. Pots and pans were left unpacked. I had to repeatedly instruct and correct their packing methods during the process. Clothes were placed haphazardly, with items like socks mixed in boxes with dishes--clearly unprofessional and careless. Bathroom and most kitchen items were left untouched. The owner later claimed this was due to DOT regulations, but since I only hired them for packing (not moving), that reasoning does not apply. I attempted to discuss these concerns and find a fair resolution with Dustin afterward, but he refused to make any accommodation. In summary: I would not recommend hiring this company for packing services, especially if Dustin is not personally on site. Once payment is made, it becomes difficult to obtain a fair resolution for poor workmanship.
