They called my wife who had ordered it. She was asleep and didn't hear phone and they did not leave a message. They did not deliver dumpster due to cars in driveway and did not attempt to knock on door. Called later in day for status and was told about earlier attempt and that we would be charged $195 for undeliverable attempt. Jamie stated that drivers are not allowed to leave their vehicles to knock on door and this charge was clearly stated in contract. She would not allow us to talk to anyone else stating that she was "highest customer service" rep there and basically just said that's their policy so they scammed us for $195. Called another dumpster company who stated that Budget Dumpster is just a third party business that actually calls other dumpster businesses to get dumpsters and that being told that drivers cannot get out of their vehicles is incorrect. Budget Dumpster is pure fraud.

After reading several reviews on here it seems like a practice of theirs to charge people overages that aren't theirs. Makes us wonder if we didn't have a Ring camera for proof if we would have been out $785. We would not recommend this company as it's a bit shady.
