He states they have done this to him before and after our visit an employee did this to him on the phone. He is a bit slow to speak what he needs, but the elderly deserve our attention and patience. I am constantly calling this pharmacy to see if they have filled something. It will literally take them a week if they are out of stock. I don't mind that but try having the courtesy to call me.
