They way the do business, their speed and more attractive buildings has really set a new standard for convenient stores/gas stations and has improved communities. Really nice QT. I went last night around 9:30pm and felt completely safe. If your traveling at night, stop at this one over the one further down Grand near Youngtown. This location doesn't have any homeless or pan-handling going on like the others do. This location also offers the Amazon locker as well. Friendly customer service and clean as usual for a Quiktrip. I love QT in general, but this location was just "meh." Nothing terrible, but certainly your average three star c-store experience. Slightly slow on service, less options for drinks than other locations. Just less nice than most other QT locations. read more

I work within walking distance to this QT and lately it seems like their beverage area is always out of something or not working. I went in today to get a Tea because I like their selection of teas. But surprise surprise, everything was out. All the fountain drinks, ice tea, slushies, and iced coffees. At least they had ice but jeez. Come on guys, get it together! The best gas station and convienence store I have ever seen. More than a convienence store; this QT is an indulgence stop. Hot fresh pretzels to order, fast service, 50 different icy or smoothie flavors, tea station, and any snack you think your stomach can handle. This place is crazy. I submitted a order and had a small instruction for her. she freaked out because she was working on another order and couldn't listen to two words I was saying. maybe if you can't handle doing the food by yourself you should ask for help from the other workers there! This is how "small town" girl I am. Maui has like two 7-11 stores, which I never went to. But when I came to Oahu I was amazed by all the local snacks you can get. QUIKTRIP!? It blows out 7-11 out of the water when it comes to convenience. This one has nice bathrooms. Great assortments of drinks. A hot food bar, where you can order food. Great assortment of chips/snacks for the road. Gas station. We need one of these in Hawaii! So beautiful. I can see that QT is a popular stop for truckers, as this was the only convenience store in the middle of no where. read more

I received my pizza about 15 minutes after I ordered it. the clerk was helping some one order a coffee. didn't try to call over another clerk to help, didn't apologize didn't offer me anything for the wait. on the bright side, the pizza was great. Most Quick Trips are decent, but this is a great Quick Trip location! The employees are always courteous, they have great customer service skills, and they greet everyone upon entry. The staff is always cleaning the inside of the store as well as the outside, both power washing the parking lot and wiping down the gas pumps! The gas prices are usually priced very competitively. There is a large selection of quick foods, such as packaged foods, quick style hot meals, a large variety of soft drinks, hot drinks, frosty drinks, and even ice cream. I've previously purchased the pizza by the slice as well as a whole pizza. It's actually pretty good pizza and I do recommend it!! Probably the fastest, quickest, niciest bathrooms, cheapest gas station in the state of Arizona.

I went into QT to get a soda. The staff was upbeat and friendly as they greeted me when I walked into the door. As I went to get my drink I noticed a huge spill on the floor in the fountain drink area. I had to wait on an unusual large line at QT but that line literally was only a few minutes long. However, safety is a concern and it was bad that customers had to be subjected to a unsafe wet floor to a very common area to get drinks. There were no other employee present except for the one staff member at the register. I reported the spill and he yelled out to some other employee to notify him, in which I noticed a mop and a bucket. Honestly, right before 8AM they should have more than one employee at the register, as this was a need. As always when leaving QT, they are polite as can be, and wish you to have a great day, always great customer service! read more

Go there every day...excellent customer service...clean store....well stocked store...why only 3 stars....Sunday and Monday of this week, (0900 and 0930 hrs), noticed (viewed) rat walking along the front of the building (Sunday when the female employee was power washing the driveways etc...) and the fountain Diet Coke dispenser had fruit flys in it and one went into my drink...(threw it away and moved on). I will pass other gas station/c-stores to go to a quiktrip. Doesn't matter what location i go too, the employees are always pleasant to deal with. I like that all the QT's are organized in the same manner and are clean. If there is a line at the register, it doesn't last for long because the employees can take care of two customers at once and they also don't hesitate to stop what they are doing to take care of the customer. read more
