This place was clean and neat. The man in charge during august 26, 2026 was very accomodating and onbviously takes his work seriously.

This store is more than just a pharmacy, so shop around for more than your pharmacy needs. Always pleasant and helpful associates, nicely arranged items, and you gotta love the periodic sales table that magically appears at various times of the year when seasonal items are being moved out. I was disappointed they didn't stock the large popcorn tins this holiday season as I always enjoyed picking some up, but they had the best assortment of Santas in town as well as other fun holiday items like Grinch hats and plush Hello Kitties, nutcrackers, and wooden soldiers, and lots more. read more

I have always had great experiences at this store. But what I experienced with Jeffrey or "Jeff" left me flabbergasted. He displayed the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I asked for help and although he helped me clear a transaction from the self checkout he never spoke a word to me even after I said thank you multiple times. He honestly made me feel discriminated against because of my ethnicity. He should not be working in a customer service setting. read more

This CVS is under new management! Its is cleaner,nicer and the shelves seem to have more Products on them. The staff seems to be happier then they have been in the past. If you've been unhappy in the past I recommend giving it another shot. You will be pleasantly surprised. read more

EVERY MONTH OUT OF STOCK! I spoke to the pharmacist he could not solve the problem. I got the phone # for "district leader" and called. This is CVS CARES. I have spent almost 50 minutes on 3 calls over the last 3 weeks. I was given a case # on the first 16 minute call and told I would be responded to within 2-3 businees days. When no responses I called back, 21 minute call because they initially could not find the file and made excuses about not calling back. Another promise of a call back within 2-3 busines days. Still waiting, called again and told the Rep (couldn't could not find the file again/ what a system) I had wasted too much time. She wanted me to wait while she found the file and read all the info so I could again be told that I would get a return call. Sorry, I have had enough! I gave her my name and number and said have manager call me if in fact CVS CARES. read more

We cannot say enough good statements regarding the pharmacists at this CVS. We are from Ohio on vacation in AZ. Somewhere between Florida and AZ we lost a bag containing all of our prescriptions, vitamins, aspiring etc. After searching for hours we resolved they were gone. After explaining the situation to the pharmacists he filled what he could, those that were due and gave us a weeks supply of the others. No charge for all of this. seeking refreshments after a long tour de sun city bike ride w my boi henry, i stumbled upon this cvs just before i bonked epically hard. while making my way towards the beverage cooler, i locked eyes with a beautiful bag of sour patch watermelons -- my favorite candy all time in the history of the universe. with bounties in hand i made my way to the checkout to be greeted by a friendly human by the name of Hans. Hans is hands down one of my favorite people ever. he made my experience 10x better and i will happily return to this cvs just to see him again. we briefly spoke about the tour de france and he wished me safety on the rest of my journey home. read more

This is my store for drugs. Sometimes there is a line and sometimes not, after all this is Sun City .Some one always calls out Hello! when you come in and it is good to be acknowledged. I try not to shop around too much, but darn it all, they have some pretty neat stuff. read more

Like this CVS, located conveniently off of Bell Rd. in Sun City. This store is large, roomy and usually. It overly packed. They receive some good cosmetics at this location and the staff are very friendly. They have a nice parking lot with enough parking to keep you close to the door. Also conveniently located in the same lot as Safeway and several other stores. read more

Went to this CVS specially to but passport photos. The gentlemen who took the photos was extremely nice and great to deal with. From that point on dealing with a women cashier and the lady manager was a nightmare to work with. I pulled up the information for CVS passport photos it stated that purchasing 2 passport photos the cost was 10.99 and if you had their 2.00 coupon it would make the photos 8.99. Read them the information from phone and then showed the manager the information but that was not good enough for her , so I said forget don't need to purchase from here. Felt like I was being treated like a thief . Will not shop from this CVS and maybe not at any other CVS. Will spread the word of treatment received read more

If you need something from the pharmacy forget it..... I wanted a flu shot and CVS says come in anytime before 8pm but this one stops when they want to.... I was watching the tech give out 2 shots and pushed them to do one more and then clerk/pharmacist did not know how to enter the voucher code in her own system when it clearly shows the directions on the voucher..... The clerk told me she hadn't eaten all day so she's cranky..... Still doesn't give her the right to talk to the customers like that..... read more

Really put off by them! Standing in line behind a very elderly couple that had a gift card with only $.96 left on it. They wanted a candy bar that was $1.99. The cashier tried to tell them that they owed $1.03. They couldn't hear or understand. No sympathy there! I said I would pay for it,but cashier the cashier saidshe'd already voided it and turned them away. I picked it up and followed them and gave it to them, then went back and paid for it. I know they can't buy stuff for everyone, but how often does that happen? Come on. Have a little empathy for others. read more

Good location for me but there is a seriously grumpy cashier there. Walk over to Safeway instead.
