Who talks that way to a customer? If CVS wants their customers to remain loyal then they have to get rid of this rude intolerant manager. Yesterday, my daughter and I brought my infant grandson to get his passport photo done, which was a fun experience . We weren't sure how baby passport photos are taken, and employee Greg was extremely helpful. He took a photo with my daughter holding him and then he removed her image (very interesting process- see photos) I really appreciated Greg's patience and kindness through the photo process.

We mostly go for my Mom's meds and the people are amazing at this Walgreens pharmacy, they always call me right back when I am requesting her refills. They ask if they can refill any of her other meds while I'm on the phone. They contact the doctor immediately if needed for any further refills. They asked me if they can transfer all of her meds to this location for further refills. They always fill it within the hour typically or at least that same day. We are always in and out when we pick it up wether in store or at the drive thru. The employees in the store are this way as well. Always courteous, helpful, above and beyond. This location has embodied the true meaning of customer service and it is so refreshing to interact with a business that is proactive instead of reactive. She acts like she's doing me a favor when I buy in the store. Half the time only some of the rewards are taken off. It's a hit or miss when it comes to finding the items you need. They take a long time to replenish inventory and their items are the most expensive I have ever seen anywhere. Are their items fresh? Do they merchandise well? You tell me if you would buy these droopy tulips for your home?

She called him up to the front and it took about 3-4 minutes to get to the front. She then needed him again so she called him again and once again he took his precious time coming up and once he finished assisting her he proceeded to say "now this just pissed me off," and walked away STILL not ringing anyone else up. The pharmacist had to contact MD to adjust RX to available doses and had RX at 10am . This is just one of multiple extra efforts. The pharmacy has done to keep us alive.
