The gas prices at this station were decent and would be less than the other one down the street using Fuel Rewards (FW), but hubby said the screen was different than other Shells and he was unable to input his account information. I went inside to see if I could find something for my oldest to eat since she didn't want anything at the Wings place and the wait for food at Pizza Hut (both restaurants are adjacent to the gas station) would be too long. The selection was very limited. The slushy and fountain machines were down, along with most of the other hot food section. There was a mini fridge / freezer as well as ramen noodle soups in a cup and a microwave to cook the food in. Although I'm not sure where you get the hot water for the soup. Service was eh, not friendly nor rude. Hubby used the restroom and seemed disgusted by it so I recommend checking out ones at the other two restaurants. The outside looked decent, but the inside didn't match the exterior. I wouldn't make this pit stop again, the overall vibe was just depressing.

This particular…read morelocation is essentially a mini travel station, as it features all the normal gas station stuff plus a Dunkin Donuts and a Subway! I popped in on my way out of Rex and while I didn't need a refill on my gas tank, I did on my coffee cup! When I walked in I was greeted by the gas station attendant immediately who was friendly and welcoming. Overall, this is a nice addition to this area that otherwise does not offer a whole lot. Service was good, the store is clean, well kept and in good condition from the inside out. Not that I am in Rex often, but on the off chance I happen to head down 675 again, I at least know this Valero and DD will be waiting for me!

Valero gas station has many filling stations so not as likely to wait in a line for gas. Food! This gas station has not only one but two food options. First it has a Dunkin Donuts which seems to serve breakfast all day because I got a Beyond sausage breakfast sandwich at 2:30 in the afternoon. The second food option is a Subway. Of course inside the Valero there are many snack options like fresh fruit and a large selection of beverages. The store is really clean and this is definitely a gas station that I will be visiting more often
