Clerks at this QT are rude unprofessional and unable to process an order at the registers. I just wanted a pizza and the clerks couldn't even guide towards a process on how to place an order for a whole pizza. I'll stock to these locations for GAS ONLY but will frequent other stations where employees have better training on other products within the store. Employees also were seen wearing no masks during a pandemic which prompted me to immediately leave. Go to a business that cares about your customers business and well being, not this business. read more

Went there to get gas. The pump didn't disperse a receipt so I had to go inside to get one printed. It's always a bit annoying when that happens, but the employee, Damian was friendly and accommodating. He was interactive while multitasking. He was fast and went outside to fix the issue at the pump, even though he was cleaning and assisting another clerk. Such a hard working guy! read more

I used to love this station but as of lately the weekend people treat people like trash. The guy with the mustache and glasses, curly hair guy and short dark hair kid act like they dont want to be there. On 3 occasions i have just stood in the front of the line trying to buy a coffee but get overlooked and today the cashier walked away from me and i had to ask CAN I JUST PAY FOR MY STUFF. This store price gouges on gasoline. It has been $2.89 per gallon for unleaded since the first part of November. March 17th they finally dropped the price to $2.85 for unleaded. I can go to another quick trip 2 miles away and get unleaded for $2.61 per gallon! THAT's 24 cents per gallon people! That's a savings of $4.80 on my 20 gallon tank. In the midst of the corona virus this store does not give a crap about you at all. It's all about the bottom line and gouging people as much as they can! Ridiculous!! read more

I'm a home Healthcare worker. I stop here a lot as it's a convenient bathroom. Sometimes it's spotless other times not so much. But I'll keep coming back. Staff is friendly and getting ice or refills is quick. QT app occasionally gives free drinks. Overall pleased. read more

Love this qt come for a soda or snack several times a week. Always clean employees are nice and fast at checking you out. Gas is a little pricey at this location but since I don't usually get gas here I will keep them at 5 stars. I have never been to a QuikTrip that I didn't love! This QT has the famous 'QT Kitchen!' As we walked in, and started to browse the kitchen menu, and an employee walked up to me and basically introduced it to me! Gas and so much more. QuikTrip is always a great choice when it comes to refueling. I find it a challenge to just purchase "gas" when I visit a QuikTrip. I like the soda fountain station, and the multitude of snacks QuikTrip has to offer. I always manage to find a snack I hadn't had in quite some time, and it just calls my name. Reasonably priced gas, ice cold drinks, and snacks, it doesn't get any better. read more

Went into purchase 2 bottled waters. I asked to purchase a glass from the fast food counter. The server refused and said "I can't give you one". I said "I will purchase one - its for my dog - its 110 out and I need a cup to pour water in it for her" He smirked and shrugged his shoulders. This was NOT the person waiting on people in the QT store counter but the person behind the fast food counter. A complete Jerk and I called him a Jerk as well. Customer service training needs to be forced upon this Jerk. Refusing to sell me a cup - to pour water into it for my dog----- that's the jerk behind the counter selling fast food. Love all the QTs everywhere. Best selection of food, drinks, cigarettes...you name it. Prices are also reasonable and I use them to fill up my car with gas all the time. It was depressing when I lived in California and the clerks of most convenient stores wouldn't greet you or seem to care you came. And they were slow! QT is well known for its speed and efficiency. I was just at this store and am not impressed today. The weekend people seem to not know how to keep up with things as well as others. I only drink the original sweet tea and 1 was empty and the other was only dispensing water and sweetener. I told the young girl that is working and she went to rebrew them but did not rinse them first. So I'm waiting and watching and one of them starts blinking that the sweetener is out so I tell her. She goes and fixes it and once again didn't clean it out just started brewing it again. I love qt and I have certain ones I like and don't like and this store normally isn't like this but today I am not happy. I got charged for the tea as well even after explaining to them what was going on and it was all completely wrong. I will be calling corporate on Monday. read more

This qt is one of the best in n. phoenix. Since it is on a major road aand right off the 101 the gas is higher than those further away from the freeway. Besides that the emploees are great. They do a great job of keeping the store clean and stocked. If there is a problem they are quick to fix it! ...I guess this is the trip part... they actually believe in customer service. Not a high turnover rate so they actually remember your face.
