I have been in this QT at least five times over the past two weeks--every single time, there is no half-and-half, and I get the same spiel that they just ran out. I have tried to get iced tea on multiple occasions, and it's been broken today. It's just not filled. It's empty. The Dr Pepper machine was out of order for a week last week, and they always had an excuse. The floors look like crap, all chipped and gross. What happened to QT? I. Additionally, the robot mopping machine ran into me. I didn't know I was supposed to get out of her way. I've tried to go to the other QT up the road on Bell Road, but it's not any better, and the homeless and drug users like to hang out there. So disappointed. Come into this location a lot but won't be back again after today. The kid at the register at 1:40pm on Sunday 11/2 just tried to rip me off 10 bucks. Bought 1 powerball ticket and 2 sodas, total was 6 and some change paid with a $20 and he only gave me change for a $10. I immediately said I paid with a $20 he didn't even question it just opened the till and gave me the other $10 he owed me. No sorry, No did you? Just oh, here. There was no question what he was doing. It's not my first time around the block I worked with crappy people who used to do this kind of stuff to customer when I was a teenager. Pretty standard gas station for this chain. Clean, easy to find a pump considering how large this location is and standard priced for area. Been to this one several times and never had an issue and am always able to easy get gas and get out in a timely manner! Overall: A Quick and easy. read more

Quick trip union hills and cave creek (24th ave ) store 2410 Employee Tyler c (brown hair) purchased a sandwich and energy drink and some peanuts this morning. On my way to work. It's not lunchtime and I pulled out the sandwich to open it and eat and realize that it's expired and the cheese has discolored a little bit. I happen to be in the area of the quick trip that I purchased today so I went back there, and kindly asked the gentleman, if I could switch out the sandwiches or get a different sandwich because it is expired and looks as though the cheese is bad he asked me when I got the sandwich. I told him this morning before work. He asked me what time precisely I told him it was around 6 o'clock in the morning it's now 12 o'clock and he informed me that he has not sold any sandwiches and cannot switch out the sandwich for me. My friend I bought the sandwich from your store before work. I wasn't asking for an upgrade. I was simply asking if you could replace the sandwich that I paid for with the understanding that it was a good sandwich and not expired and would you get me sick so this gentleman will not replace my sandwich and also is calling me a liar. Also, apparently he has done all the transactions even though there's four employees here even though that's false because if this was true , he would see the purchase I made earlier today overal bad customer service, snarky attitude, very unhelpful and then I saw him laughing through the window when I walked away which is not only unprofessional but mean I paid for this damn four dollar sandwich and it's expired. I still love this QT. Well stocked, neat , clean, inviting. But how about a choice for hot tea in the morning for us non coffee drinkers. There is only one choice of tea bags... Lipton. That would be like having only Maxwelhouse coffee for your coffee drinkers. A few choices of black and green teas would be very welcome. I have to add that I LOVE your choices for iced teas. As soon as you enter the door you are greeted politely and asked if there is anything you need. If this place gets any worse, they take gonna turn into a ghetto joint. Every time I come in, it seems like the employees are doing something else, helping customers... an inconvenience. There was a sign in the chocolate milk. Get a free glazed donut w/ purchase, so I take it time to go over and pick out a glazed doughnut and the girl denied me. Said now it's a Dr. Pepper.???wtf. This QT is located right next to the Candystore "Gentlemen's" club. This corner was screaming for some other business to move in for years. This QT is awesome! Brightly lit, numerous and large filling stations, and super clean. The gas here is a good 10 cents cheaper than the one a few miles north and south. Which is huge for me since my car costs about $60-$70 to fill up. I am the anti-Prius. I also ran in and found they had Xyience Cran Razz. My new addiction thanks to Richard Z. I bought 3 in about 3 seconds. Checkout time there is super fast and the employees are always really nice no matter time of day. read more

I love always being greeted with a "hi" whenever I walk in. The young men and women who work here are incredibly polite. The drink possibilities are vast, although I usually get the green tea. Sometimes I treat myself to a delicious cappuccino. And I must say, it has some of the best doughnuts in town, and they are only 59 cents after 3 pm! read more

the employees at this location are very friendly,efficient, and check out 2 people at the cash register simultaneously. fast. faster than other QT's I've been. fruit is fresh, yogurts and such aren't expiring that same day. best thing I can compliment this QT is its fast friendly staff. other quick trips have pretty much the same inventory but not these employees. polite and respectful every time ive entered that store. lots of gas pumps that can accommodate many patrons. read more
