I do like how it's right near a train station so you don't have to drive there. It's right near a food court and hotels too so very convenient. The only take away and it's not the stores fault is the people outside the store . This guy was trying to get my attention when he saw me looking around and got rude when I ignored him.

I went to pick up some prescriptions, but 2 of them weren't ready, so I waited for about 15 minutes or so and came back to the cashier to pick them up. That's when I was told their system was down and they couldn't finish processing my order. Since I use public transit for the handicapped and I had a few minutes before pickup time, I asked the lady at the counter how long it would take for the system to come back on line and she said it would take 15-20 minutes. Since I had the time, I told her I'd like to wait. After 20 additional minutes, an announcement came over the store's PA system saying that all transactions were cash-only since the store's entire system had crashed. Realizing that I had ample cash to pay for my order, I approached the check-out counter and informed the cashier that I had sufficient funds to pay cash, but she still refused to fill my order. When I protested that I was using para-transit services, and I would have to make a second trip, somebody called out from behind the counter, "Ahhh, he doesn't have a car", and everybody called out from behind the counter, "Ahhhhh" all in unison! I have never in all my 70 years been shown such extreme contempt and disrespect for the elderly and disabled such as myself. I have already moved all my prescriptions to another pharmacy, and I will never shop at another CVS ever again. I would strongly advise all others to do the same.

This is your standard RT location that has all the bells and whistles from the hot station, coffee area, Froyo and more. I popped in for a few road drinks and a slice of pizza. No issues with getting either. Always solid 2-for-1 deals on energy drinks. Service was okay. Nothing bad, nothing great. The store is a bit worn and needed some attention cleanliness wise, especially outside, but the inside, including the restroom was clean. Overall, solid RaceTrac location.

I have popped into this spot before when in the area and had nothing but good experiences when making quick purchases at the front, so I'd like to be sure that I acknowledge that. The store is clean, offers some great parking and customer service is usually wonderful, especially the folks in the front of the store. 5-stars for them! When I went to check in for my appointment, the app continued to give me an error message which was not conducive to my recent lack of patience lol. That has nothing to do with this location as they don't run the Walgreens app but dernit Walgreens lol. I believe that the pharmacist behind the pharmacy register knew that I was there for my vaccination due to the fact that I was getting a whooping cough shot and my pregnant belly. She encouraged me to take a seat until I was called vs. having me wait in line and I appreciated that. Once she was ready, she called me up for my insurance card letting me know she'd "see if it'd go through", which confused me because my OB sent me there and it wasn't a credit card lol, but I digress. About 15 minutes later, another pharmacist called me into a private room and was seriously so pleasant. I was tired and hangry by then, and her energy was really uplifting. She chatted me up and quickly administered my shot - I was out of there within 5 minutes. Quickest and smoothest part of the experience. So why did I opt for a 3-star review? It was truly a 3.5 or so experience thanks to the pharmacist who gave me my shot and previous visits, but what really blew me was the bathroom. Wow, wow, wow. I haven't seen such an icky bathroom in a minute and I used a porta potty a few days before. In a place like Walgreens where there is a bunch of traffic that may include sick folks and elderly people, I'd expect that sanitary levels will be on 10 - not the case. I wish I was exaggerating when I say that it didn't look like the bathroom had been cleaned in MONTHS. The toilets were not flushed, there were streaks on the seat and inside of the bowl, tissues on the ground, the paper towel dispenser was broken, the sink was crusted over omg. I couldn't bring myself to even take pictures to share as no one else should be seeing that. I know that Walgreens doesn't always have a large team, but most businesses make it there purpose to check the bathrooms every couple of hours and have a checklist confirming that someone has picked up. That definitely isn't happening here. I think that out of my hundreds of reviews over the years, this is one of the first experiences that was seriously tainted by the bathroom alone. So heads up, visit this store with your bladder empty!

This particular Shell gas station does not have the basic decency to post SIGNAGE indicating they…read moredon't offer gas past closing time. They just leave their pumps all open and available for taking credit cards to give you the illusion they're working. Since sometimes only one pump is out of order, I tried a couple of pumps several times before I quit. I understand not being able to post a sign on each individual pump, but to not have a single sign letting people know that even card transactions are unwelcome after closing hours is inconsiderate, especially in this cold weather.

The issue isn't the break -- it's the lack of transparency and professionalism. The store is advertised as open 24/7, yet they close early without any notice on the door, online, or inside the building. Customers pull up expecting service, only to be turned away with no explanation. It's extremely inconvenient and inconsiderate to operate with hidden hours and make up rules on the spot. If a location isn't truly 24/7, the public deserves to know. I'm disappointed in this experience and hope management corrects this communication issue quickly.

The store has a huge array of snacks and candy, including both the pre-packaged kind and the kind you shovel out of plastic bins. (The latter includes chocolate-, yogurt-, and peanut-butter-covered pretzels; malt balls; sesame sticks; trail mix; chocolate-covered raisins, etc.). There is a freezer full of frozen food options with a microwave and plastic utensils. A fridge full of drinks. A Keurig coffee maker. Lots of typical convenience store items, e.g., pain relief and hygiene items, greeting cards. The store also offers laundry and dry cleaning with next day service. There is a shoe shining station, though I've never seen anyone using it. Cash only for purchases under $5 (or something low like that). The woman who runs it is really friendly and wants to be as helpful as possible. If there's anything you want that she doesn't have, she'll try to get it.

This place has every type of little candy you could think of including 10 different flavors of Now…read moreand Laters. Their prices are a little high, but they are a convenience store. They also have gift cards and will send our your dry cleaning for you.
