Joshua one of the only truck stops in the downtown Dallas area where you could actually kind of Park and feel sort of safe.. like all the other quick trips that has the usual amenities the smoothies and the drinks and everything else but there are a couple of other things that you have to just know going in as far as the clientele and some of the employees working for the check and the attitudes that go with it. I got a fresh slice of pizza and one of my favorites that they have here the raspberry lemonade smoothie which is sugar free and it tastes so damn good you wouldn't realize it was sugar free.. like most of the quick Trip Travel centers it has a scale and diesel fuel and the parking although it gets crowded if you're early they're pretty cool on where they let you park.

It's OK because it's right off the main drag and sometimes you just have to get gas but today I went to get gas on my lunch hour and the pump had a no credit card sign. This was not fun. I really don't like going into the store if I don't have to because I'm not getting a full tank of gas on guesstimating how much gas I need. There was at least one of the pump that was out of service and having an Audi I have to park on the right side of gas pump cause my tank is on my passenger side so this was not fun today.

For someone who spends way too much money buying snacks from all of the convenience stores, it's nice to have an opportunity to get some freebies every once in a while. It's not hard to earn points, especially if you see the signs that indicate what is worth extra points at that time. - It sounds like they also utilize Plenti to get fuel points, but I'm not positive how that works just yet. Pro just for having it, though. - They have a pretty solid selection of snacks, ciggs, and some alcoholic beverages. (If you're looking for craft/local beer, try Heights Beer/Wine/Taco just catty corner from here.) Dislike - There is one gentleman who I occasionally see in the morning there who either a) has an extreme dislike for me, personally, or b) has a chip on his shoulder in general. Anytime I go to show him my 7-eleven points app on my phone, he gets all sorts of crotchety and says it doesn't work... Sir, these points do not personally affect you.
