This is a refreshing change. I assumed that staring at customers and pretending to avoid eye contact was part of the shopping experience while at a convenience store or bizarre. The only setback is that they allow a homeless man (Bart) to sit in front of the store and mumble to himself angrily. They did a terrific job with maintaining professionalism and diplomacy, when dealing with a nuisance of a customer. One of the customers was upset and wanted to speak to a manger to complain about how she should've been taken care of faster, as well as the others behind her. Then this lady progressed to continue to not only waste her time and the employees time, but I myself as a customers time was in a way wasted. Gabriel and Bryan were understanding and comprehensive. I didn't have to wait long at all, at least in my opinion it was a quick trip. The employees dealt with the situation and at the same time took care of the customers and the complainer. Just felt bad they had to deal with a customer like that and they both handled it better than I probably would've.
