Pumps were fast, but the drinks were slow. Stopped here on our way home from Atlanta. Just wanted enough gas to get us closer, not a full fill-up, but in the time that it took to wash the windshield, it was full. So that was a plus. I didn't go inside since it was kind of late, and my 'navigator' went inside just to get drinks (since we paid at the pump). I sat there seemingly forever, watching the bustling station across the road. Figured he'd taken an unexpected pit stop or something. Nope. Said the fountain machines were exceptionally slow. The store was fairly clean, and the employee (only one on site since when we stopped, it was Christmas day) was friendly enough. It looked modern enough - didn't need a renovation or update. Bathrooms were clean, but my wife did not that the baby changing station was about to fall off the wall, which needs to be remedied quickly. Other than that, your standard gas station. read more

Stopped here for a bathroom break when my four month old son decided to have a blowout on our road trip. There was a baby changing station, but it was not securely attached to the wall so I was worried that my son would fall as I changed his diaper, that seems like a major safety hazard and something that should be replaced ASAP. I think it's rude and unprofessional to shout to your coworker to "go check the grill" with a dirty attitude because of the amount of food items we got. There was still food left minus the chicken things that were already scarce as we walked in there( there were still some cooking). On top of that, the cashier had an attitude the entire time she was checking us out. The cherry on top of this shi* cake was she commented on how much we got yet didn't give us a bag for the food items and when asked she had an attitude. You are unprofessional and it's weird to treat somebody a certain way because of their polital stance especially when we were nothing but respectful to you. Ma'am, leave the judgements for home and show up to work with your best foot forward. I hope management addresses this because this was just out of line. Will not be back. read more

Decent gas station off of a heavy interstate exit. Lots of gas pumps. The window washer stations were mostly empty. The bathrooms were in dire need of cleaning. Looked like a toilet overflowed and no one cleaned it up. read more

Quiktrip is an Atlanta staple, from the great gas prices to the best smoothie/frostie selections. My cashier today was Nakima she was fast, efficient and friendly. The store is clean and well organized, during this visit an employee was buffing the floors for upkeep. The store offers a small wine selection, a hot food station where you can find pizza/pretzels/sandwiches and more and the best smoothie selection you've ever seen! It honestly looks like the Wet Willie's. My daughter and I were looking forward to test tasting the variety of selections however more than half of the frostie flavors weren't ready to serve...maybe 4 of the 12 flavors were available to us. Maybe in the future they can make sure they filled and ready to serve. I mean who doesn't love a good frostie from the gas station?!!!! read more

This place is consistently one of the filthiest QT you will ever visit. It's a great location but it's nasty nasty nasty.

Super Busy is even an understatement for this location. Maybe its the only QT in Douglasville, even though as I type that, I realize its unlikely that this will be the only location. One major drawback to this location is that on both parking lot exits, there is really no good way to converge back into traffic, which makes it really hard to get out the parking lot once you get in. Staff is always QT friendly, and the bathroom is always clean. Due to the fact that I like the Marshall's and Ross that close to the location almost better than any other in Atlanta, I probably get to this location twice a month. Still got crushed ice and Coke. Yes...i will stop in again. read more

The first reviewer was right. Parking is a task at this location. And getting out of here can some times be an adventure. I actually refuse to stop here in my small car here unless I am taking the street route home. Why???? If you go out on the Timber Ridge side then you must take a RIGHT out of the parking lot. If you exit onto Chapel Hill Road then you are coming out in a curve and the drivers coming in your direction are easily going 60 mph. You almost have to burn out of the parking lot to avoid getting hit. When I am in myy truck I feel a little safer and I can see much better because I am then sitting up high. Other than that this location is the same as the other QT's. My only real issues with this spot is the RESTROOMS are NOT always CLEAN. Sorry but I exepect all QT restrooms to be clean, if not spotless at all times. This one must need a butt cam to let them know that someone has f'd up the restroom. I have come into this location and had to request that the manager come meet me at the crime seen. I am not afraid to admit that I have also had a manager or two stand outside of the men's restroom while I go in. Yes Ladies I've had to go there! How horrible is that thought!! For this I give this location 3 stars instead of 4 Stars. read more

QuickTrip set the bar for convenience stores. They generally offer quick food, good prices, and super fast and friendly service. This location is definitely not at the top of the QuickTrip pile. The majority of the employees here never smile, and they are slower than the employees at most other QuickTrips I've ever been to. read more
