Been buying at the online auctions for the last several months and have gotten some really great buys, but be warned that many of the goods offered are AMAZON and WAYFAIR returns or problem merchandise they are getting out of. I copy the description and go to AMAZON and look the item up and usually find an exact match. Often, I read of horror stories and pass. I have also gotten a few items that were sealed in re-taped boxes, broken having missing pieces or damaged. They were of small value so I took them in stride. Recently, I had issue with an expensive mower that the box was trashed and opening it found the mower had been used and returned to AMAZON. The current store is full of "bins" ie, cardboard boxes filled with junk and the auction is not what it used to be either!!! I used to brag about this place and have referred many'!! I was a regular customer up until changing the concept to bin!!! From purchasing household items, to high-end clothing with deep discounts to appliances!! Per reviews on here people don't understand the concept of an auction. You look at the pictures provided and they give you an opportunity to go check out the warehouse auction prior to sale. It's an auction and nothing is guaranteed. You bid what you feel you are comfortable bidding. Knowing you are taking a chance on possible damage or missing parts. Advise on the warehouse is if you want to bid go check out the items in person before bidding. The select and speed round auctions inside are unique because they let you check the items out before you leave and you can decline them. Since they are not able to have a preview on them. Anytime I have had an issue they have been great. The employees I have had contact with were very nice and helpful. read more

I just picked up my first order from this so called auction, and one is broken, and the other thing is not even the right thing I ordered! I ordered a Hoover hard floor cleaner, pulled it out, and IT IS BROKEN AND LOOKS USED. I BOUGHT a NINJA AIR FRYER, and INSIDE THE NINJA AIR FRYER BOX was some USED NASTY MASTER CHEF ELECTRIC POT! I have tried to call their so called CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER and OF COURSE it is DISCONNECTED! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE AUCTIONS! I have been a long time Buggy Busters customer. Buggy Busters is the "casino" of Douglasville, GA. Have you ever been to a casino? Sometimes you walk out winning and sometimes you end up losing your money. BB customers have to realize sometimes you are going to win and find all kinds of good deals & sometimes you are going to lose your money and that "IS NOT" fun at all. It is just a gamble and once you have a better understanding of the game, you can decide if this type of adventure is for you. I have experienced all ends of the spectrum, walked away with fantastic deals, walked away with Ok deals, walked away with non-returnable / non-refundable bad deals. I've done the bin rooms, auctions and the retail store (they are now closing the retail part). You have to do your homework, read the fine print, ask questions & pay attention to all the rules before you bid or buy. *****Ask yourself how much is YOUR TIME WORTH? It is time consuming trying to get a bargain at BB. The bin rooms take up a lot of your time. The auctions take up way too much of your time, whether it be viewing 2000 items 3 times a week online (the A, B, C auctions), bidding, making an appt. to pick up and driving over there (sometimes to pick up non-acceptable merchandise), which your card will be refunded for within 10 days -OR- viewing online the big box auction, writing down the items you want to look at in person, driving there to preview the items, bidding & going there to pick up non-refundable merchandise. Make sure you ALWAYS preview the big box auctions!! Take your own photos of the items you plan to bid on & check the condition of the items before placing a bid. It is really sad that people choose a job they hate! I have had good experiences for the most part with the employees but this morning I was body shamed and verbally assaulted by an employee Niya. after driving 1 hour from Atlanta and sorting through bins to find over 50+ items I won on their "auction" she didn't want to simply check me out because it was inconvenient I guess. she had a terrible attitude and starting cursing at me even with a 4-5 yr old little girl standing close by with her dad! no one deserves to be treated like that it's really sad. also the searching through bins to find your items when they had 6 employees standing there none of which said they could help against store policy...also out of the 50+ items I purchased over 15 of them had been taken by somebody else - clearly that is not a good system! I reported her immediately to the manager Heather who seemed to care less and said she would investigate because there are two sides to every story. I'm confused! if this happened at one of my businesses the employee would be let go immediately and my customer would leave with the items and some sort of compensation/discount. So after 3 hours wasted-I have no items- they have over $500 of mine- and I was verbally assaulted and disrespected! I have reached out to Nathan Wright so we will see if he responds and when I am refunded my money since they have deactivated my account! Bad business to say the least. read more

TERRIBLE experience, I bid on two items that were unable to be tested in store as they were car audio equipment. The total for my invoice was 105$, after getting home to be able to check them they do not work. Neither... I read on a post that auction items unable to be tested n store could be returned in 7 days. FALSE! I contacted customer service to be told that is just for the abc auctions... and my return is unable to be done. BEWARE they will just tell you, should of went to the preview. *How can I know it doesn't work by looking at it........ * AUCTION RETURNS FOR items unable to be tested in the store returns are for ABC ONLY. I'm not sure what happened with everyone else experience but mine was great! They list the discounts outside and had several employees available to scan and tell you the price. Discount change weekly. I found tons of cleaning supplies 40% off already marked down! Baby stuff I.e diapers, medicine & body wash. Clothes were on sale. This is a newer place in Douglasville and it's kind of hard to categorize. It's a liquidation store that sells all sorts of products from food to automotive to clothing plumbing etc. I find it higher than the prices I pay but some people might find good deals. They also have bin rooms. These are rooms that have a lot of product in it. They have one set price for all of the items in the room and it goes lower every day. Most ending at $1 or $0.50. these can be a lot of fun and you can get lots of good deals. But sometimes can be a little overwhelming. I wish they would have somebody actively cleaning out all of the empty boxes as that would make digging through the bins a little less tedious. Last but not least they have a weekly auction. These can be a lot of fun and you can get a good deal I would be cautious. Most of the items are new and returns. Some are missing pieces but they give you an opportunity to go in and view the items ahead of time. Unfortunately it's only on a Saturday so if you work you miss out. I would be very cautious with bidding because on more than one occasion things that I was bidding on and lost ended up being in the auction the next week as well. So there are fake bidders. There has also been missing items from a palette I bid on. I've heard similar stories from other customers as well I really do like the store but they do not get back with you when you have a problem. So that is a little unsettling. I would like some sort of resolution. The people that work here are very nice. So that's a bonus. I recommend checking it out and hopefully they'll work out some of the kinks soon. read more

Great place to go if looking for a good deal in the show room. Not a lot to see in the cheaper bin rooms as one was mostly candy and food items on dollar day. The second room was 80% empty but still open with penny junk items that had a price of $3. Room was over picked and should have been closed or dropped to .50. The third room was closed. read more

Please check your prices when checking out...some prices were higher than listed on merchandise & the cashier gave me the incorrect change less $5...$20 minus $7 is $13 not $8. I found out about BB auctions from a coworker a couple weeks ago. For starters you are NOT a customer at this place. They are only allowing you to come in and pick through someone else's trash so don't expect any customer service from anyone who works there. I "won" approximately 20 auctions (mostly small stuff) but only half of the items were in functional condition or as described in the listing. There were a couple items that couldn't be found when I went to pick them up. I was told they have a 7 day return policy on electronics which you can test out there but I had to haggle for a refund when I brought back a couple of items I brought home and wouldn't hold a charge. They are supposed to issue your refund within 10 days, and it's only been a few days, so hopefully I will get my money back. A lot of their auction pictures are just screen grabs of new items from Amazon but when you pick them up they are open box and there is a good chance they are either broken or well used. I found out the hard way about their "Big Stuff" auctions that you are bidding on NON-refundable items like a Dyson vacuum cleaner I "won" for $127 (+17% tax/fees) that was heavily used, badly damaged and non-working. I got a good deal on a few new items but I learned that is the exception and most of the time you are bidding on trash that has been returned to Amazon that obviously can't be resold. My advice is to bid at your own risk and only what you are willing to lose, but I will definitely never purchase anything from BB again. read more

I needed to pick up a couple of things and wanted to try something a little different so i decided to try Buggy Busters. I walked in and the first thing i walk into is a female employee crying on one of the aisles. This was very alarming to me. When I asked what was wrong she was so rude and full of attitude. I felt completely attacked. She was lashing out at me and she smelled like alcohol and drugs. I heard another one of her coworkers call her Allison i think. If this is the type of behavior that your store engages in i will no longer be giving my business to Buggy Busters. I run a couple of successful businesses and i love to go to liquidation centers and load up on all the good deals. One person can make a whole store look ugly.
