I walked in after sitting in Atlanta traffic for 1.5 hrs and they refused to accommodate my 1 item pickup because I arrived at 5:51. Then stood there and kept repeating "I understand." Obviously you don't. I asked if they could go get my item and they refused saying they don't do that. I said I know that but asking since you won't let me go get it. You were late it's 5:51. Stop saying you're in the retail business because you are not. You have lost my business and everyone I know too. Shame on you for treating a long running customer this way. I've been coming and buying from you longer than the majority of your employees. Oh and it's 6:10 and I still see customers checking their merch and leaving. I thought that had to be done by 6pm. Double standards!!!

Words can't adequately describe how bad this Texaco station/convenience store actually are…read more As for the gas station, it is serviceable, but literally sharing an entrance with another option would make me never come back to this location again. Let's get to the nuts and bolts, the store is a mess. Dingy doesn't even begin to describe the state of this place. But, if you're still in doubt, go in and use the restroom. I would opt for an outhouse at the festival we just attended over having to spend anytime in this place again. Dirty doesn't even describe what the garbage smelled like, I can only guess what had been disposed of. Oh, now yo feel dirty and need to wash your hands .... just grab the drippy slimy remnants of a bar of soap that is conveniently stored laying across the drain of the sink .... already wet and ready to go!!! If my car ran out of gas and there wasn't another option for a couple miles ... I think I'd opt to push my car.

Owner yelled, blamed me, walked away. Rudest behavior. 11/04/2019 08pm- gas pump didn't stop after my tank was full and it got all over outside of car and when I went to tell them the owner yelled at me and told me that it was my responsibility and that it doesn't stop when your gas is full. Every Shell gas pump stops when your gas tank is full. You have to manually press EVERY gas pump for it to continue. This is real safety feature. The gas pump was fully inside of the tank. The owner claimed that gas pump was probably out without actually seeing it out. I made it clear that gas pump was fully inside my tank and my tank was full it did not stop. Once the gas tank is full it STOPS. Owner is a liar and can not take any responsibility for his own business issues. The rudest I've ever met. False claims that no gas tank ever stops on once tank is full. Ran away without any resolution.
