I travel the area a lot for work as an electrician. I need gas and to use the restroom often, so I frequent this one often. Every time I go in it feels like they are looking at me expecting me to steal something or go crazy. I don't care most of the time but, again, I used to go here often. I am indifferent. However my last time at that location I saw at least 3-4 people at the register. There was 1 customer In front of me and all of them did not even acknowledging that I was there and that they would be with me soon. It's a small slight but it says a lot about the business. I will not be giving them my hard earned money. It's inconvenient but I will be getting my gas somewhere else. read more

This QT didn't live up to my standards. Sure, the location is easy to get in and out of. Plenty of gas pumps and the lot was clean. But the inside? Small, messy and one lonely worker inside. The QT kitchen was closed. The snack shelves were bare. And everyone knows QT (usually) has the awesomest snack selection. I am very disappointed about my last visit to my once favorite neighborhood Quik Trip located at 14800 Manchester, Ballwin,MO. On 2/15/2022 at approximately 4:15pm I did my usual routine of going to QT to get gas, snacks and lottery tickets. I visit them quite frequently (3-5x weekly) considering I live within walking distance across the street from the store. I went inside to purchase gas,($20) small package of donuts and chips ($4) and to cash in my winning lottery tickets ($18). I then encountered what turned out to be a little young tyrant who had NO RESPECT for his elders, named Quinton who happened to be the store's Assistant Manager. Mr. Quinton failed to properly add up my order and gave me back the wrong amount of change. There was a $5 discrepancy and HE was extremely rude and disrespectful towards me during the whole process after my giving him correction and asking him to pay attention. We then got into a verbal back and forth with him accusing me of purposely being wrong as if I was trying to cheat HIM. I then let him know that I had over $1k in my wallet and that cheating anyone out of $5 was way beneath my character. He then yelled at me and said "Get out of my store". After gathering my belongings I obliged him by respectfully leaving the establishment. Once I got inside of my car I was feeling very uneasy about the experience and got extremely upset while replaying the events in my mind. I am really taken aback by the entire situation and now I am "BANNED" from patronizing my now Ex-Favorite neighborhood QT because of his ignorance and inability to properly do HIS job. I wasn't quite sure of how to rectify the situation going forward and didn't want to cause a problem while trying to spend my money with QT that could result in my being unjustly accused and/or arrested because the assistant manager got upset about being corrected while attempting to do his "JOB". Now when my grandchildren come to visit me and wanna go to the QT right across the street to get candy, I have to explain to them that grandpa is no longer welcomed in that establishment. This really sucks!!! QT needs to give sensitivity classes to their young employees to train them on dealing with their elders in a respectful manner. Me and my family have visited this location too many times to count and it's really sad that I now have to stop patronizing them because of Quinton's ignorance. I would really like to repair this situation since it is very convenient to access and close to my home. I hope that QT responds to this complaint in a timely manner so that I can continue to patronize them going forward. -T. M. read more

Don, the assistant manager was extremely rude and condescending when I visited this QT tonight. I purchased a soda in a big Q cup, that apparently looked suspicious. Instead of being nice when asking about what was in the cup, he acted as if we were crazy and stealing from quik trip. if it was seriously that big of a deal he could've looked at the security cameras to determine if he could add a surcharge to a soda that had some whipped cream to top it. I don't go to quick trip at the end of a long work day to be judged on my favorite soda. Ridiculous and I am never giving this qt my money again. read more

The only QT within a 10 mile radius in west county. So sad But so true. Perfect place to fuel up for the low, grab snacks, food, drinks and especially that $1.29 coffee refill in my tumbler when I need a break from Starbucks. read more

I actually used to work here. Quiktrip really knows how to make a customer satisfied. Part of employee training involves emphasis on putting the customer first and keeping a high level of customer satisfaction. If you are in a hurry, you can be in and out of this store in less than 20 seconds. The fountain drinks are cheap and the new sandwiches are delicious. They recently rolled out a food initiative which includes wraps, sandwiches, salads, and donuts delivered daily. Quiktrip always has the cheapest gasoline price also. It's nice knowing that I don't even have to look at the price on the pump because I already know it's the cheapest price in town. The management team and clerks who work here are really great as well. They know how to efficiently work together and keep the store looking great. This is one of the cleanest convenience stores in town. read more

I love QT. I admit, it borders on obsession. I will go out of my way to go to Quik Trip. The stations are always clean and the staff is always friendly. Where else can you pick up an 18 pack of PBR, a gallon of windshield washer fluid, a milkshake and a taquito? Priceless. In all seriousness, QT is a goldmine in all aspects! read more

So I go to the Quick Trip located at 14800 Manchester Road on Saturday 8/21/2010 at 1 p.m. and find 10 people in line, only one cashier, but four employees present-and when I inquired at the register when they finally opened another one, why it took that many people in line the cashier said that the other cashier should have "buzzed her", even though she was standing right there...but he didn't buzz her, so we all stood there waiting... read more

This is a nice clean facility. At least it has been every time I've been there. That's always a plus as some gas stations are kind of dirty and jam packed with stuff. Easy to walk around, clean, and friendly people. read more

Clean, efficient, and stocked. These are the words I would use to describe QT. Everytime I visit someone is mopping the floor or restocking some condiment bar. The cashiers have the checkout process down and can sometimes check out two people simultaenously. There are a ton of beverages to choose from including shakes, slushies, fountain drinks, waters, sports drinks, and a respectable beer and wine cooler. I am a fan of their plastic soda cups that range in size up to a 52 ouncer. read more

I always go to this station because it is right near where I live and they are usually always 10 cents cheaper than the gas stations down the road. The inside is clean and nothing really special. The window cleaner thingys are always stocked. The biggest plus is that they have free air. read more

This place sucks. They never have what I need and I never get a receipt. The staff keeps changing over and there are always cops there which make me wonder what's really going on. read more

My favorite gas / convenience store in Ballwin area I specifically buy my bagged ice (tastes great, thick & melts slow) and high octane hot chocolate+cappuccino drinks here as well. Great jalapeño hot dogs too. I shop here even when I don't need gasoline. read more

Always clean, the employees are super friendly, and unless you can make it fresh at home, or you have a local barista that will pour you a regular cup of "go-go juice," there isn't a better place to pick up an inexpensive mug of coffee before your daily commute. read more
