You get what you paid for…read more I took my iPhone XS to Eddie to fix. After I got my phone back, It came with an array of problems. The first Issue was The screen wouldn't read my face. In which Eddie tried to say "it was like that before I took it to him"(which was not the case). So he fixed it again. After Eddie fixed that problem, the phone came with new problems. The side button was not working, The screen had a slow reaction time, I could not call anybody from my messages, the screen continued to be unresponsive. And I feel that Eddie compromised phones integrity instead of making it better. I asked for a refund because the service was so atrocious. I would NOT recommend getting your phone fixed here. If you decide to, DO NOT GO TO EDDIE. His aloof attitude is concerning. Especially when it comes to phones. Side note ... They couldn't even install simple parts correctly, which should have been a straightforward job.
