This has been the WORST mechanic experience EVER!! I contacted Enrique about changing an alternator…read moreon my 2003 Honda Odyssey. For any mechanic, this should be a fairly simple job especially if you have a shop and have had the vehicle for 2 days. Not for these people! I brought it in on a Monday late evening expecting to leave it for the next day, but Enrique said that if I wanted, I could wait for it and that it would take about an hour. I thought that would be great since I was going to work the following day and since this is a work van. So I waited and decided to go get a bite to eat. An hour later, I came back and guess what? They were closed. They just wasted an hour plus of my time when I could have been home. I called the owner and asked him where they were? He said that the part did not fit so it would be ready in the morning at 10:30. I thought, ok great, I can still get some work done. They ended up giving me the van at 5pm. I was upset but happy that my van was ready. I took the van home and went to work the next day and my battery dies on me. I had no isea what happened so I called Enrique to ask him about it and that I was stranded in the middle of no where. You think he took the time to talk with me? Absolutely not! I was out there left to fend for myself and a towing fee. Did he express any concern? Not a bit! I come to find out a few hours later that they did not connect my alternator thus the reason my battery died. I was more upset now but at least now I could get back to work the next day. The following day my car begins to stall again! I called Enrique to let him know and I receive the same poor customer service that I got the first time. I was out there to fend on my own with a mobile mechanic scheduled for the next day and and looking for a ride home. I was not about to pay another towing fee. While waiting for my friend, I noticed that they removed the engine mount and did not put it correctly. In addition, the reason that my car kept stalling was because some way and somehow, they damaged my air compressor. At least now, I could drive it without the A/C on. So I drive Mor than an hour back to Enrique's shop so they could look at the van as was agreed over the ph. I get there, it's late, there are no apologies, and to top it off Enrique leaves and does not tell me. He leaves me with one of his guys that can't see and keeps misplacing everything. The AC was not addressed so now I will have to pay some to fix their mistake. DONT BRING YOUR VEHICLES TO ENRIQUE at 10961 Bissonnet!! I had the worst experience ever and I don't want anyone else to make the same mistake.
