Now for a teller it's a bit longer and even though the line was to the door, all 2 of the available tellers seemed like they knew what to do and eventually got the line down. Now I'm here to talk to a banker and been here for now a hour and 15 mins and hope to be seen soon. They have 1 banker this whole time and seems a little ridiculous how they don't have another person to help her out. Staff seems fine, lack of management in scheduling. I understand waiting but over a hour is too much. Tbh I gave them 2 stars because of the free coffee to wake me up from falling asleep in this chair.

They have cameras on their machines , but they refuse to go back and see who or what or how that money was taken. I have spoken to their fraud team and they refuse to investigate it. I don't understand what is so hard about taking a look into the cameras and fix the problem. It's been 3 months I have been dealing with this and still no answer

Today I went in and they said they had no cash and it would cost me $6 to transfer the money to a card. The lady was actually rather rude to me as well. How is a check cashing and loan business supposed to accomplish their purpose if they have no cash? Another issue is that they take all this time to enroll new customers, before they even find out if the customer even has all the tools they need to complete the process. For example, does the customer have a blank check to get a loan? Do they have an outstanding debt to a different branch office? No, instead they wait till the very end of the registration process, to ask these questions and it wastes the customers time and of the customers waiting in line. I will never use their services again.
