The first time I went in to Check N Go, 2 weeks ago, it was under staffed and although I was first in line, I waited an hour. Today I went in and they said they had no cash and it would cost me $6 to transfer the money to a card. The lady was actually rather rude to me as well. How is a check cashing and loan business supposed to accomplish their purpose if they have no cash? Another issue is that they take all this time to enroll new customers, before they even find out if the customer even has all the tools they need to complete the process. For example, does the customer have a blank check to get a loan? Do they have an outstanding debt to a different branch office? No, instead they wait till the very end of the registration process, to ask these questions and it wastes the customers time and of the customers waiting in line. Sadly Yelp doesn't give the option of giving a business NO STARS because this business doesn't even deserve one star. But this is just sad. My husband went in to go make his final payment and we over heard the front desk employees talk about how they don't have any money in the case and many customers were actually very upset they were saying how are you a loan agency with no money ? It totally defeats what they have stated on the window "Get Fast Cash Today", "CHECK N' GO." But that is not where the real problem was at. I asked the employee who was assiting my husband if there were any bathrooms available for my son and she told me no . The fact that she let other children but mine in the bathroom really ticked me off .. Their was a mom and her child infront of us and she let them use the bathroom but not my son that's just flat out rude ! So I just started to record because this was discrimniation ! But wait it doesnt stop their ! Because they had no cash in their safe they were not letting people inside they made a DISABLED PERSON WAIT OUTSIDE !!! Yes a poor blind person had to wait outside until they figured out what the heck was going on it certanily bothered me because one of the workers tells another employee, "We will just tell them the case was opened," when in reality it WAS NOT EVEN OPENED ! So yes I recorded and have the conversation all on tape and YES I took pictures and YES I AM REPORTING THEM TO THE LABOR BOARD because I have more than enough proof to shut this place down ! Unprofessional. Unorganized. A friend needed to cash a check...not a large check. They didn't have the cash available to cash a check. Seriously??? The whole reason for your business is to cash checks. It says right on your window. I told my friend to join the world and get a bank account so you won't have to deal with this nonsense. read more
