So start with saying extremely clean, smelled good and the complimentary coffee was decently fresh. If you need to come here for the atm, the line looks like it flows pretty good and not that long of a wait. Now for a teller it's a bit longer and even though the line was to the door, all 2 of the available tellers seemed like they knew what to do and eventually got the line down. Now I'm here to talk to a banker and been here for now a hour and 15 mins and hope to be seen soon. They have 1 banker this whole time and seems a little ridiculous how they don't have another person to help her out. Staff seems fine, lack of management in scheduling. I understand waiting but over a hour is too much. Tbh I gave them 2 stars because of the free coffee to wake me up from falling asleep in this chair. read more

Anyone using the atm machines with chase bank, you need to be very careful, chase bank will not help you in any way to recover any money - That is scammed from you. They have cameras on their machines , but they refuse to go back and see who or what or how that money was taken. I have spoken to their fraud team and they refuse to investigate it. I made a police report and they say that they can't do anything about it , so be very careful if you deal with chase bank. I don't understand what is so hard about taking a look into the cameras and fix the problem. It's been 3 months I have been dealing with this and still no answer read more

This brunch is definitely one of my favorites, due to great Customer service they supported, during a difficult time In my life. I would like to shout out to Sandra Peraza, more than once was she able to provide assistance, she definitely goes above and beyond, thank you for helping my dad when he was a member there. read more

The customer service was extremely terrible, I went to open an account for my high school brother and they told me I needed to schedule an appointment so I did, when my appointment date came they couldn't find me on the system, it frustrated me so much that they didn't do their job correctly on top they accommodate me at at all.they need to be more professional and know how to communicate their clients! read more

Really bad service. All the branches in the city is practically the same. Drive through ATM. You cannot choose the bills that you receive. Half the time they don't even have cash in the ATM. Plus they don't want to help you out with your problems. Chase I've been learning is the worst bank to be with. I deposit my check on Friday and it's Monday already in my check still hasn't cleared. read more

I do recommend this business but too sad that great banks are loosing their customer service had a appointment at 9 and the banker told me I could get help until 10:30 for no reason at all then see the whole bank crew having a morning talk like if it was more important than the clientele !!! Wish could give ratings but can't rate anything if there's not even service the only person that attend me was the security guy ! read more

Chase Bank - Chase team ignoring customers ! - Banks & Credit Unions Near Me - Bakersfield, California

I have been a loyal customer of Chase/Wamu for over 20 years and I have never been treated like garbage till today! I have been having a really bad time trying to get my house back together after having a big flood in my master bedroom that damaged my bathroom, bedroom and closet. So I walk in with this check, I have been to my chase on panama a couple of time so I knew what I needed to do and I had everything in order. This rep looked like they didn't even want to help me, they looked me up and down and asked " Are you the owner of **** Mortgage Company"? I'm not going to lie that really made me angry, but I kept my composure and said no but if you look at the check the Vice president of the mortgage company signed it already so I just want to deposit it. Well they were not having it, second ignorant comment from her was unless you are a business owner you can't deposit or cash this check. I let them know, hey I have been to my chase location and they told me what I needed to do and I did, so please deposit it. After I let them rant for a bit o asked for my check back and drove to my Chase Bank and I had no issues at all, didn't even ask for my id? I don't want to get anyone fires but where is the disconnect, was it cause I was wearing dickie shorts and a raiders hat? Chase I can see by your other reviews that you don't really care for this branch, I am really considering closing my account and just leaving you guys all together. Let's see if anyone learns anything from this awful experience. read more

I almost always go through the drive-thru here, every now and then the ATM if the drive-thru is closed. Drive-thru banking is like one of the greatest ideas ever, I'm never disappointed when I come here, the tellers are always friendly. read more

Cashiers were very helpful as usual, and not to mention that but both ladies were very beautiful, would def like to take either of them to dinner sometime ;). Chase will forever be who I bank with unless you guys start messing up the game plan like Bank of America does. read more

Very friendly and polite tellers. There is one banker that has helped me out various times, she has always gone above in beyond in her costumer service. It annoys me that there always seems to be people asking you for money in the parking lot. read more

Saturday at 1pm. There are about 20 people in line (one of which includes myself) and only 2 tellers on the floor. There is a friendly assistant manager that greets people while they get in line. The solution would be for the assistant manager or some of the other loan officers to reposition themselves to handle all the customers waiting in line. After waiting in line for nearly 20 minutes (and still not close to the teller window) a mother and her children just left. The assistant manager JUST opened up a drawer. As one of the tellers left. So we're still at 2 people. It took nearly 30 minutes of waiting plus more people coming in to do this? This is the last straw. After multiple rude experiences from various Chase locations (one of which includes Palmdale, CA next to the Antelope Valley Mall), I'm switching banks to Wells Fargo. Apparently, the rumor is true - Chase hasn't been doing so well. I can see why. read more

The only thing nice about this place is the drive up window, That's it! They are rude, make you Waite long, charge you $34 fees & put holds your money. The last 3 times i had to call the branch for them to release my funds. I will be changing banks... DON'T BANK WITH THEM! read more

Easily the worst chase bank I've ever been to. As soon as I walked in I was slapped in the face with what smelled like a nasty sewer. I wrote my name down to open another account and have been waiting for an hour and doesn't look like I'll be seen any time soon. read more

I went online with the intention of earning $200 through their promotion. I followed all the steps set up the account then set up direct deposit. I received my direct deposit and proceeded to wait. Over 2 weeks passed and still no $200. So i called only to get no help and be told i needed to go to the branch near by so i did. Once i got there i spoke to a banker and was told the promotion wasnt added to my account. This being their mistake i should have been reimbursed but was told there was nothing they could do. So i recently closed the account and will not be opening another one and i suggest nobody else go thru this nonsense. read more

We waited an hour to see someone about a possible home refinancing and there were still people ahead of us as well as people sitting in booths waiting to see someone. It wouldn't have been so bad but we had other plans and had to suffer through someone's whining/screaming/crying child whose parents refused to take control of the situation. All I got out of the entire time there was a splitting headache. No wonder I usually do my business direct payments and atm machines. read more

The worst bank ever if ur waiting on a teller i was the only one in there and no one came to help me at all I waited for an hr.

A seriously lack of speed issue. Have been in line with over 20 minutes now and have only moved up by one person... Ridiculous.

If you need a car loan, mortgage, or a personal loan you can guarantee that Chase Bank will get you one of the highest interest rates and APRs possible. They are literally sucking your account for money. When I went to Kern FCU to get a car loan and found that Kern FCU gives loans at significantly lower interest rates I immediately called and closed my Chase account. Never banking here again. read more

Just came from the drive-up window. A Guy took my cards for withdraw and my request of a $50.00 bill. I had to say it three times for him to get it. I then check-in on my Foursquare app. I waited and waited and waited while the next lane seemed to be moving normally. I finally say HELLOOOOO what happened to my SIMPLE $50 withdraw? Now a girl was at the window. Idk wtf happened in there but its like my stuff was forgotten. Then she gives me money that was NOT the $50.00 Bill that I requested! I told her OMG I've really been waiting here for 12 minutes while the other lane is moving and my transaction was SO SIMPLE! She said sorry their systems were down. Ok first, don't LIE to me, the next lane was normal. 2nd I saw you ladies being chatty when you were supposed to be helping customers. 3rd, this used to be my quick Chase Bank..now the past 3 times have been HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service!
