This shop was recommended from another shop because of the year of my vehicle. It took almost a month to fix a small fender bender. Communication was poor, Erik was rude and told me vehicle was complete when the bumper didn't even line up straight.They did finally repair what it was initially brought in for. Took my car to Caliber collision the guy there said my insurance would total my car. He did 2 estimates and my insurance accepted the bid. He decided to do a 3rd and they totaled it. I then called Eric at Quick Silver. He came to Caliber collision looked at my car the sent me an estimate. He did my repairs on my car for the original estimate price that Caliber originally gave me. When he received my car from Caliber collision they had caved in my front driver door and tried to say it came to them that way when it was the back passenger side that was struck. Eric and Joe talked with the manager there and told them it was not there when they came to look at it. So not only did he repair my back passenger side he repaired my driver door too. My car looks like I just got it off the lot brand new. Great job recommend going to Quick Silver as that is where I will go fron now on. 5 STARS SERVICE. read more

I haven't had many vehicle collisions in my MANY years of driving, but this repair experience was THE BEST. Eric is one of the nicest businessmen I have ever dealt with. From the first "Hello" to him returning my vehicle to my home, he was the greatest. His shop fixed the damage perfectly, and came across several things, unrelated to collision damage, and corrected/fixed those, too. Hands down the best shop! Someone hit my car and took off, leaving me unable to open the driver side door & my front bumper messed up. I was looking around for a shop and came across this one. I contacted some others but I was either rushed while on the phone or quote a price that was way above the actual work that needed to be done. Eric came to my house (I couldn't leave because of work), brought a tool with him and managed to get my door to be able to open again! Because of his awesome customer services I went with his shop. During the time my car was with him, Eric kept in contact with me, even let me know of some other (non body work) issues he noticed. The body work was completed within a very reasonable time, it was well done, I was given a great price and he even gave my car a clean and wash :) 100% recommend this shop.
