She greeted me right away and even recommended a smoothie which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the smoothie itself wasn't blended well and had large chunks of fruit and ice, making it difficult to drink through the straw. Since the shop wasn't busy and the smoothie was over $12 I politely asked if it could be blended a little more. The man working there (white pants, black shirt, black bandana, glasses) rolled his eyes, stared at me and said in a rude tone, "I can't blend your smoothie I'd have to make a whole new one." His attitude made me feel uncomfortable for even asking so I said "ok just forget about it." He responded with "ok good" and walked away. I completely understand if there's a policy about not re-blending drinks after they've been served. That's not the issue. The issue was the unnecessary attitude toward a customer who was being polite. I ended up leaving the smoothie there and wasting my money. Hopefully management sees this and addresses how customers are treated.
