The matcha wasn't overpowered by the cream cheese and they placed lil chocolate spots to make it cow print. So adorable! The flavors were perfectly harmonized and I have thinking about this drink ever since. The matcha tiramisu was very delicious as well. I loved how you could actually taste the green tea as some tiramisu's lack flavor when made with a tea-base. The design was too cute, almost too cute to eat! The service I received was great! They ended up forgetting to put my tiramisu in the to-go bag and the barista ran out to give it to me before I drove off. It definitely made me smile knowing that they care about you receiving all your items and not just shrugging it off. I wish this shop was closer! I'm so bummed I live far from it, I would definitely be a regular here.

I follow them on Instagram; I see how much fun they have and how enjoyable it is to work there, but I swear as soon as I walk in and go up to order, I'm met with stone-faced employees. No warmth, no kindness, no connection. It takes away from the experience itself because they seem like they don't want to be there, or at least unwilling to help customers. It takes them a very, very long time to prepare the drinks as well. I waited quite some time, as I usually do when I come to BLTea; I'm always prepared to wait. So long that sometimes I even forget I got something. Today, I noticed that while people were waiting in the lobby for their drinks and the online ordering system beeped for an incoming order, they were all (mind you, like 4 people) in the back, chatting it up. I don't know how else to say this, but I fear this may be my last time coming here. This is in no way to bash the establishment itself, the owner, or the drinks, but as a bit of feedback from a longtime customer and a barista myself, PLEASE work on your customer service.

The matcha taste is concentrated, but not overly sweet nor bitter. The banana cream top was delicious and even had chunks of real banana. I was excited to try the egg top coffee because it is a rare coffee top to find and it was delicious, just as expected! The coffee they have is also very strong (similar to Vietnamese iced coffee). The shop was busy yet wait time is not long at all. Ordered my Thai Iced with no boba and received my milk tea within 5 minutes of ordering. Thank you to the young man that made my Thai Iced as the taste and sweet level is consistent with my previous order. Whenever I'm on Thai side of town, I make it a point to stop by Ding Tea to pick up some of their specialty milk tea drinks.
