I've tried many different cookies in LA and they're all the same thing. Too much sugar. Too complex and try to not be a cookie. This is the exact opposite in the best way. First off. Marquis had the best customer service. He closes at 11 and I was afraid since I called at 8:30 I wouldn't be able to order any tonight but he was able to accommodate and let me order a dozen tonight! I got s'mores and inception and I know inception is a fan favorite but don't sleep on s'mores. I bake a lot and you can tell that he knows what he's doing when it comes to his recipes. They're soft and chewy, not too sweet and flavors don't overpower each other. Couldn't recommend this place more over places like crumbl or other brands like that.
