Came here mid-afternoon on a Sunday with some girlfriends and had a great experience overall. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. My friend has a shellfish allergy and they immediately cleaned the grill to prevent any cross-contamination, which was really reassuring to see. We didn't have any issues with the food, and the portions were generous. The sushi was a bit underwhelming compared to everything else, would definitely not get it again. Restaurant itself could use a good cleaning and maintenance. Overall, solid spot with good service and a fun meal, even if it's not a full teppanyaki-style hibachi experience lol. read more

love this place. this is my second time coming. the portion sizes are massive and the prices are great. the food is incredible. i got the bento box so it was a little of everything. service was great. employees were kind and swift. the inside is just like a normal restaurant. the booths needed a good wipe down though but nothing a little cleaning couldn't fix.ncan't wait to come back next time i visit. read more

This is a neighborhood quick eat Chinese hibachi spot. Fast service, good price, tasty food, and modifiable for low carb eaters. I like how they don't over sauce the food, rather they ask if you want sauce or not, for more health conscious eaters, this is a much healthier way to eat flat cooktop food. I saw bad reviews for this place so i was skeptical to try it. I saw reviews saying food was kept in buckets . Not what your like to read about. I got the chicken and beef with rice and veggie, it was a simple plate with not much kick. Yum yum is extra . Listen I love the food but last time I went I got salmon which I've never had before and I saw them take it out of a bucket that looked quite unsanitary then as soon as I ate it I got instantly nauseous. Their food is still good but made me sick. My boyfriend also said he could not taste the difference between the chicken and beef which doesn't seem normal to me. I've been here a couple of times, but to be honest, I can't shake the first impression I had walking into Quickfire. I've never been to a Hibachi restaurant before, so when I walked in and saw the menu, I was pretty confused picking out what I wanted to eat. The cashier person was visibly annoyed I didn't choose what I wanted in a few seconds. They seem to be used to their regular customers and expect you to bequick about your order. It was a bit overwhelming. The man I spoke to at the register was very hard to understand as well, which just added more frustration to the situation for both of us. Anyway, I did say I've been here a couple of times. So I do like their food. It's tasty, quick and pretty cheap. You get a little card that gets you a free meal after the 5th order or something. My goal here for this review is I'm hoping someone over at Quickfire will see this and make some changes in their customer service. Great Hibachi Production Line. It is definitely a fast food kind of a place. Not a Hibachi restaurant where you sit down What I thought was pretty cool, was that they used colored toothpicks to indicate to their staff what order was. As someone in the Process Improvement business I find this to be a very good sign of an effort to be efficient and accurate. Clearly someone in their management has some knowledge of process improvement. Be prepared for large portions! One order Fed me for about 3 meals. You definitely get your money's worth. Of the grill is great. The sushi not the best but then not horrible.. Would rather eat the sushi here then at most buffet style places but have had better for sure. Very unimpressed even if it was "fast food" Asian. The choices looked good but the meals that my wife, daughter, and I had were not good at all. The sauce was either bad or old and had a terrible flavor. I eat out a lot and travel all around the US and world, this was not good anywhere. For example the "vegetables" were 90% cabbage, with a few pieces of bean sprout, slice of carrot, and a piece of broccoli to say it was mixed. On the positive side, if you do like the taste and concistance of the food, there was a LOT of it. They sell a double the meat option for only $1.50 more... It is bland and often warm, and hideously under-seasoned with poor quality ingredients. Customer service is poor. Great grill with wonderful staff! I've never been in here that it isn't busy. Food is good, I've had the chicken, steak, shrimp, and many of the combos. The steamed veggies are great and there is a choice of rice or noodles. Sushi can be hit or miss, but it's fresh and adds a nice variety. It's also sooo quick, in and out in under 10 min! They have a great frequent buyer program so every 5th meal can be a free chcken, which really saves as well. read more

I went and asked for three of my usual order with no vegetables. The woman repeated my order back to me and continued to make it. And before I knew it. THERE WERE VEGGIES ON ALL THREE. I have repeatedly had a problem with the cashier putting his hands all my food container. I thought it was just the thatt cashier, or an isolatef incident. Nope! Maybe tgey don't realize, but they need to know. If you are handling my food in any way, put gloves on! The cashier handles money and credit cards from everyone and then marks the container with my order. Why is it necessary to put your dirty bare hands inside my container when marking it???? WORST customer service EVER! I ordered the tofu and it was the nastiest tofu I have ever had. So I went to ask and see if I could switch to the chicken hibachi and the oriental (Chinese or Asian) lady at the cash register wanted to just give me chicken in a small container and take the tofu off of my plate then just throw chicken on it and I asked her three times if she could just make a new plate ...as she kept trying to argue with my to put chicken in a small container .......I mean I did pay for the food....anyways so she slams down a container as she rolled her eyes at me and walks away without saying anything. We asked if she was the manager and how she was being very rude and all she said was "sorry" and walked away. Also we asked for bags she rolled her eyes then just tossed them to us. read more
