The cashier tried to charge me for the small amount of ice, even though I was already purchasing drinks and using my own cup. When I questioned it, he started yelling at me, saying that ice is expensive and costs a lot of money. I told him I didn't agree, but instead of calmly explaining the store's policy, he continued raising his voice. Eventually, he told me to "get the F*** out" and never come back. It took every ounce of self-control not to respond the way I wanted to. This was, by far, the rudest convenience store experience I've ever had. If this is how customers are treated over a little ice while they're already making a purchase, I'll never return.

Once again, I called ahead of time, and they said my…read moremedication was going to be ready the following day- I changed my entire schedule around, went to pick up my prescription the following day (today), as the internet also said that it was, "in process," meaning they are in the middle of filling said prescription... I arrive at the pharmacy, which is out of my way, on top of having to change my schedule around (because my time isn't as important as everyone else's obviously), & now the pharmacist made sure the staff knew to tell me that I cannot pick it up until tomorrow. Now I'm out of my medication & the pharmacist refuses to call my doctor to verify with him, and my entire schedule and plans are now not going to be fulfilled. This is an ongoing issue. This cvs apparently has had so much turnover and I finally see what (whom) the issue truly is. She just makes her own rules- no one is right but her: not the client, or the internet, or her own staff, or even my doctor!! I'd laugh if it wasn't so frustrating to deal with this every single month, perpetually.
