I am blown away as to how everyone could honestly not give this QuickChek 5555555! I've almost never really experienced better customer service anywhere. They go above and beyond- consistently. QuickChek? More like SlowChek. Every time I stop by, there are only one or two guys working the entire store, no matter how packed it gets. Whether you're waiting for food, coffee, or just trying to check out, it feels like an eternity. To be fair, the workers are doing their best, but it's clear they're understaffed, and it shows. Management really needs to step it up because the long waits and constant chaos are killing the vibe. I'd go somewhere else if I wasn't already committed to their coffee. Barely scraping by with two stars because the staff is friendly--but seriously, fix this mess. read more

This review is for the brand new Quick Check located on the corner of Route 130 South & Hankins Rd. on the East Windsor/Robbinsville NJ border. First off, I've always been a fan of Quick Check and was very excited when they open a few short months ago. Unfortunately, I've had a very unhappy experience there and contacted their Corporate offices twice in writing about the issue but never received a response. About a month ago, I stopped for gas and to grab a sub sandwich for dinner. I placed my order and paid and then watched while one employee whom I call "G" was "teaching" another employee how to make the sandwich. It took forever and I get it, new person learning takes longer. The problem came later when I got home and took the sub out of the bag I had it in and 1/2 the sandwich fell right out of the wrapping and landed all over the carpet. Turns out that "G" did not check the trainee's wrapping job and it wasn't done correctly causing 1/2 the sub to fall out. Luckily the other half was ok although it definitely was not up to Quick Check's normal standards. (Think where's the beef). So I wasted $17 and Corporate couldn't care less. I will NEVER buy another sub from there again. read more

I've gone for gas, drinks and a sandwich and all were dispatched with convenience store efficiency. Nowhere in these interactions did I expect a Michelin-caliber experience. What I did encounter was a reasonably cordial staff who, in between making a buck or two, had me in and out in a jiffy. This isn't the Food Network gang, it's Monroe, NJ at 7:52 pm on a Tuesday. Terrible. I stop by in the morning and most days, nobody is working at the front desk to assist customers. Staff clearly sees a line up front, yet disregards it, making customers late to work. Bring back WaWa! read more

This location is convenient to my parents' house when I visit so I often stop in for drinks and snacks. When I visited last time I ordered a bagel and cream cheese from the counter but was advised they were out of cream cheese. That was kind of annoying. Other than that, I have always found what I needed and the cashiers have been fine. read more

Sunday June 23 2024 . an employee who was behind the deli counter was just yelling nonsense over the store intercom system . it was extremely loud.. when another employee told him i was in the store . he just mocked what she said . he then continued a conversation an other employee behind the counter and every other word out of his mouth was a curse word.. a couple of months ago they had to close the deli because one of the employees got into a fistfight in the parking lot.. it not a very nice place to say the least.. go to Wawa across the street.. read more

I love quick check. But this one always has problems. They either don't receive my mobile order, or they're out of something i want, or the bathrooms are closed. Sometimes too it'll take them forever to start making my order in the morning or my bagel is sitting there way behind the counter and no worker to give it to me. Every one in this store are tops. Courteous and professional in a time when that doesn't exist anymore. Today I left my house without my credit card to get a cup of coffee and had $2.00 when a cup is now $2.08 and Lou and Matt accepted my $2.00 for my cup. 4 employees making food, 3 people ordered food. All were tagged wrong. Cashier (5th employee) had to figure it out... smh..

If I could give one star I would. This chain of convenience stores NOTORIOUSLY under-staffs their locations which, during normal times, is annoying and a major inconvenience. But they cannot staff their stores to ensure the safety of either their employees or their customers. One harrowed cashier had to take care of almost a dozen people fighting over who was going to pay for things, cutting through the line to bring more items to the counter. Meanwhile, three people were walking around the store with no masks on. And NOBODY was practicing social distancing. If this company cannot adequately staff their stores and run it in accordance of best safety practices, they should close down. For your own health and safety, I would strongly reccommend avoiding any of their locations, not only this one. read more
