Within seconds after I entered, an unmasked woman standing in the check out line coughed without covering her mouth as I walked by. Long check out lines with unmasked individuals and no social distancing--packed together like sardines. This business is careless about protecting its customers. They are ignoring mandated safety measures. Shopping carts are not sanitized. Many customers are not wearing masks. Neither mask wearing or social distancing is being monitored or enforced. Citizens deserve more from an essential service like a grocery store. I feel sorry for residents of Geismar that have few options for grocery services. I care about my health and the health of my community. I will not be returning to this super market. It's not super.

It's always clean, shelves are well stocked and everything is where it's supposed to be. Ralph's Market feels like a neighborhood grocery store. Maybe I go there too much but I find myself having personal conversations with some of them about their personal lives and other things going on in their world AND I'm not even from the area. Sure go here if you're in the area. I'd almost always prefer to support a store like this which is independently owned instead of one of the larger chain grocery stores where you don't get the personal touch. The deli also serves lunch and breakfast with several options on each. I've had the breakfast with no complaints and even a slice of pizza one day. Also, two of the ladies I work with go there to get salads on a regular basis for lunch. But there's also more hardier options available.

When I arrived there was only one car before me. I waited less than 5 minutes before Mr Ron brought my order out. He was super friendly and speedy. My kids enjoyed chatting with him also. I was gone in less than 15 minutes total. I got home and checked my items everything was exactly right, nothing missing. All the fruit and veggies were nice and fresh as if I had picked them out myself. I will definitely be using this location for my grocery pickups from now on. 5 stars for Mr Ron!!!
