I had terrible experiences that actual happened in last year. I was out of town to spend winter break with my family from 12/14/13-12/24/2013. When I came back from vacation, I found my car was towed. So I contact Quick Towing and tried to get my car back on X'mas! I called Quick Towing and their representative replied if I need my car, I must pay $1,000 cash only, so they can release it. There is no any other description or explanation about this charge. Their representative emphasize they can release my car, but only with cash payment. I have no idea what is the $1,000 included? How much storage fee for each day? I questioned the representative they announced they accept major credit card from website, why did they demand cash only payment. They gave me the answer because my car was towed from private property.... Due to it is X'mas Day, banks are all closed, so I have to wait until in the next day that is 12/26 to pick up my car. When I arrive to the parking lots located in Davenport Place, Fremont, I question their representative again why he refuse to accept credit card. Same answer, because my car was towed from private properties. I am the resident of this "private properties". In order to get my car back, then I have to go to bank and get the cash. Before I arrive their parking lots in Davenport Place in Fremont, I went to their locations which listing from website and try to find where my car is: 44799 Fremont Blvd., It's a RV Parking lot, no any Quick Tow Truck. I also went to their Hayward location that is 21572 Mission Blvd., but could not find my car either. This Hayward location has no Tow Truck, but it is "Auto World" car dealer There is no Quick Towing business sign outside. I never want to pay cash. Credit card can accumulate points. It's huge amount. Of course, I like to pay with credit card. I asked Quick Towing if they have any fee schedule, they said they don't have it... so it likes you go the restaurant order food without price on it. read more

My wife's car has a habit of breaking down whenever she is not in SF. Today it broke down in Fremont. So we yelped a nearby towing company and within 30 minutes the car was towed to an auto shop and was being worked on. The driver was fast and friendly. Overall a good experience. read more

My husband was stuck with a dead battery and because I "wasn't there" AAA wouldn't come. Not only did Quick Towing come within 30 minutes but the driver was friendly and informative. The price was very reasonable and it honestly makes me wonder why I'm paying for AAA for a service with so many limitations. These guys are AWESOME!! My rental car (brand new 2015 Jaguar) overheated on the highway on 9/10 (heat wave) so all trucks were out when I called for towing. After pushing on AAA for a better time they finally located Quick Towing in Fremont. Quick Tow arrived and they were great. Ray the driver was extremely nice. I had my car towed with Quick Towing from Livermore to Hayward after a minor road side accident. I was given one price for the towing service on the phone and then charged another. After leaving several voice/email messages to the company's accounts & billing voice/email (which were never returned), I have had the bank reverse the charge - the reversal of charge was never contested by Quick Towing. My car broke down couple blocks away from my house (2 miles). The truck came 45 minutes later which was very understandable (rush hour). The driver was friendly and he hooked the car to the truck very quick. When he dropped the car at the shop near my house he took $30 off the base price before I was able to negotiate for a lower price (short distance). Quick Towing saved the day! We're a nonprofit organization helping to end the crisis of hunger and homelessness in our Bay Area communities. Our van blew a tire outside Men's Warehouse (who had just very generously donated a few dozen suits to our Multi-Service Center in Berkeley). Do not use them! The driver did not strap down the truck all the way down and when I asked he got very defensive (would still not add an extra strap). On top of that the driver didn't write down my card number correctly and drove back threatening me with violence after I had already finished payment. I was about to call the police but luckily the driver left. read more

first off, i would like to thank the tow truck driver named faeez khan. he was sweet, helpful, hardworking, and reallllyyyy fast. i was stuck on 580-west coming back from dublin, and he responded within 20 mins. doesnt get any quicker than this. first off, my vehicle wasnt starting, i could not get any heat. as a female, we get cold. he recomemded me getting in his warm truck, i thought that was extremely sweet and awesome customer service. not only this. his customer service skills over the phone, was just spectaculer..... i thought i wasnt talking to a tow truck operator, thought i was talking to a professionally trained dispacther. well, im pretty sure faeez khan is earning over $600.00 a week, because his services and loyality to the company is un-comparable, mr. faeez khan is whats making this company grow. i have dealt with tony from quick towing before, and even he wasnt as fast, and courteous as faeez was. thank you again faeez khan quick towing!!!!!!!!!!!! read more
