I called Quick Tow because they where nearby, and I decided to stick with them because they had the best rates. After having several problems with AAA, I finally called Quick Towing. The dispatcher (didn't know his name) answered the phone promptly and was very polite. He gave me a quick estimated cost ($80) and an estimated time for the tow truck's arrival. The driver, Mark, was on 880 near Jackson street when I called the hotline and arrived at my accident scene near the Fremont Blvd. North exit within 20 minutes, as promised by the dispatcher. Mark towed my truck quickly and expertly and brought it straight to my house in Hayward, which was about 4 miles away. At my house, he did note that I got lucky with my wait time because the day before was a 3 hour wait. Nonetheless, I still gave him a generous tip for the great service. Very pleasant experience. Not only were they significantly cheaper than several other towing companies but they were also very prompt . My daughter and her friends got stranded in Oakland and one phone call to Max and everything was taken care of in the next 45 minutes and I was so releived.
