I received a response in a timely manner requesting additional information to give a proper quote. Once I gave them what they needed, I had a quote back in no time at all. I received service within the same week of initial contact. Robert and Joey showed up at the expected time and were very friendly and courteous. They wore masks while in my home which I really appreciated since they are working during the current pandemic. They did an excellent job cleaning a large sectional couch for me. Although the couch was already in great condition, it looked brand new when they were finished. The job was completed in a timely manner and they put the couch back together and vacuumed the area where they worked. Their pricing is very fair and customer service was excellent. I highly recommend RJ Cleaning Services.

When you show them proof that you OVERPAID (after they have done everything but call you a liar and harass you), they end with "well, everyone makes mistakes," but will not refund your overpayment. (Notice, they do this as the season dwindles to a close and Christmas is coming up). They also tore several holes in my yard as they always tried to mow my 1.5 acres in less than 20 minutes. Further, they had to be reminded over and over to weed eat around trees and blow off the trimmings on our sidewalk and patio. I'm sure there are other, better businesses to support in our community of people who truly "care" about their customers.
