We rented two units (20x10) from Store-All during our moving process. When we finally got settled in at our new home we went to get all of our items and to our dismay most everything was destroyed. Apparently there was a bent gutter that allowed water to pour directly into our two units. Everything was covered in MOLD (my wife and daughter are allergic to mold). Some of the boxes had collapsed causing our dishes and glass figurines to be broken and destroyed. Our furniture had water damage and stains on all the legs. All of our children's stuffed animals had to be thrown away. All of our books and my wife's teaching supplies where ruined and had to be discarded. I could go on but the more I write the madder I am getting. We went to the owner about the issue and he told us they are not responsible for anything and there is nothing they can do. We looked at the contract they make you sign before you store with them and it actually states that they are not responsible for any damage even if they are negligent on keeping their builds up to standard.
