I have used three different storage facilities in somerset. This is the worst. Though the young man up front ( in his 20s maybe) was very friendly when I began renting my unit the units their selves are the problem . I went to pull out some clothing due to seasons changing, when I opened my unit I saw three cockroaches scatter. After my hysterical fit , I calmed down enough to go in. The third box I opened ( I never remember to label my boxes) had a hole chewed through it and a dead mouse half way through. When I decided to move my things out due to the rodent problem, I decided to re box everything ( I may have a germ/rodent phobia) I had to toss almost half of my belongings due to not only mice chewing things up but mold and mildew as well. With a bonus of two more dead mice and a mouse nest found in another box. I have never had problems with the other to facilities that I will leave unnamed because I will not be accused of being bias ( I will not even review them with positives reviews) . I will end this with saying, if you are storing anything that you care about here, either set out mouse poison and roach poison ( I'm not sure how to save things from mold and mildew, maybe put everything in airtight containers?) or find somewhere else because I have paid rent just to have my things ruined. I would have saved a lot of money by just throwing it all a way to begin with . read more
