His estimate came in hundreds cheaper than the others and he is so professional. I know nothing about construction / renovations and he was able to walk me through every step of the way and tell me his recommendations, which was very helpful. He is very friendly and took great care to keep my home clean and stayed in contact very well (always returned my texts, showed up when he said he would, and was just generally a nice person who knows his craft). I cannot recommend Joseph enough and I will 100% call him for future projects around the home. Do yourself a favor and save time and money and give him a call - you will be glad you did!

He was knowledgeable, professional and let me know his credentials. We scheduled a time for him to inspect the property, and he was prompt. During his inspection he took a lot of pictures and wrote a thorough and detailed report. He explained all the issues and gave me solutions to the deficiencies he had found. Additionally, he had a few recommendations for tradesmen and craftsmen that were local that could meet my needs that I could get detailed estimates from. Unfortunately, seller's remorse made that deal fell apart. However, I liked the work Scotty did that I called him for my next potential purchase. We called him to do that inspect as well and once again, he was polite, knowledgeable, prompt, detailed, and professional. I highly suggest using Mr. Scotty Boggs for all your inspection needs.

They wore masks while in my home which I really appreciated since they are working during the current pandemic. They did an excellent job cleaning a large sectional couch for me. Although the couch was already in great condition, it looked brand new when they were finished. The job was completed in a timely manner and they put the couch back together and vacuumed the area where they worked. Their pricing is very fair and customer service was excellent.
