We were absolutley pleased with with this company did with what was a disaster. We moved here with…read moreperennials from home and thought we could remove the mulch, black palstic and plant. Wrong --pure rock underneath so Mays Lawn care responded quickly to a yelp request, looked at the situation and assessed alternatives. We now have a very nice raised bed on both sides of the house with most of the rocks removed and dirt in and now plants! He will bring mulch when I am ready. This company also leveled an area that the previous owner was trying to do do a firepit and filled it in with dirt. The company is also building a ramp for the shed and putting in a banister for the front steps. By fall his group will also build a fire pit and put in drainage where the previous owner had an above ground pool. He and his family worked together long hours and were very communicative. His estimate before on the beds before work and after were about @200 difference but that was because we asked him for extra things to do like the half hazard old fire pit and tree stumps/ HIGHLY RECOMMEND! VERY STRONG WORK ETHICS AND HONEST!

Beware...this "business" does not keep accurate records and will claim you did not pay them when in…read morefact, you did. When you show them proof that you OVERPAID (after they have done everything but call you a liar and harass you), they end with "well, everyone makes mistakes," but will not refund your overpayment. (Notice, they do this as the season dwindles to a close and Christmas is coming up). They also tore several holes in my yard as they always tried to mow my 1.5 acres in less than 20 minutes. Further, they had to be reminded over and over to weed eat around trees and blow off the trimmings on our sidewalk and patio. I'm sure there are other, better businesses to support in our community of people who truly "care" about their customers.
