They finished it in 1 day, and the next morning he was there double checking the parking lot for nails. Also, there happened to be a big branch on the edge of the lot that had just come down in a storm and he had it cut it up and hauled it off with no extra charge. Super surprised at that and super impressed! He inspected our roof and patched a small leak we knew had just appeared and informed us we were definitely in need of a new roof. We were able to see pictures he had taken of the roof and were surprised it had held up this long. We needed to wait to have a new roof put on as our cabin rental season was approaching and had no available repair dates. June rolled around and we knew we had to schedule the new roof install as the patch that Cade had placed was failing after a severe thunderstorm. I was in a bit of a panic thinking our time line was short for the install and not knowing if Cade could fit us in. After connecting with him by phone we settled on a date and a 2 day install.
