Quick, reliable, and inexpensive. I stopped in recently for…read morean oil change, and there was no waiting at all. As soon as I pulled up, without having an appointment, my car was serviced right away. What I love about coming here is that you don't ever have to come out of your vehicle. The oil change is done while you sit in the comfort of your car. If you visit the Jiffy lube website, you'll find a few different coupons that you can use to get some good discounts on oil change or any other service your vehicle may require. Friendly workmen, who get the job done quick so that a lot of your day is not spent behind an auto body shop. During any service, they will always tap up the windshield wiper fluid, check the tire pressure and add air if needed and test the wipers and a few other minor things. Great prices and good service. I'll definitely continue coming here

Up-selling Issue of unneeded service I have had the oil…read morechanged in my 2009 Tundra at the Jiffy Lube at 1799 South University Drive, Davie FL twice (April 2024 and April 2026) and twice have been told that the rear differential oil was "dirty" and was offered a fluid change. This felt like up-selling of a service that is very likely not needed by most people and definitely not needed with my vehicle. I am not sure who at Jiffy Lube is qualified to make the assessment that the differential fluid was "dirty", so I asked questions. When I started questioning the floor person about how it was determined that this service was required she told me the technician in the pit said it was the case. Immediately a man approached and asked if there was an issue. I asked to speak with the manager, he said he was a manager. First, he told me that the service suggestion was made based on the truck milage (158,000 miles). When I asked how this determination could be made without the service history for the truck and that I was told the oil was dirty, implying they took out the fill plug and looked, he said they would speak with the employee implying he acknowledged the sketchy foundation of the attempted sale. Soon another man approached me, identified himself as the manager and asked if there was anything he could help me with. I told him I thought it odd that on both visits I was told there was a problem with the differential oil and offered a differential service. I informed him that the differential oil had been changed less than two years ago, about 20,000 miles, so I doubted it was compromised. He was defensive and quickly told me that the change interval was every 10,000 miles, a ridiculous claim that I simply replied to with a no. His tone became defensive. My confidence in the ethos of the whole operation was eroding by the moment. Sitting in the truck, I made a Google AI inquiry that said 50,000 to 60,0000 miles, which was incorrect unless the vehicle is used for heavy towing which it clearly is not. The manager said he did not care what Google had to say on the topic, not politely. He went to his terminal and told me now that the service interval was 20,000 to 30,000 miles, also wrong. It seemed to be a game of if you don't believe that, how about this? Later, consulting the Toyota 2009 Tundra Maintenance Guide, for the life of the truck, except for heavy hauling (60,000 miles) there is no recommendation for differential oil change, ever, only a service recommendation to check the level and I am assuming look for evidence of water intrusion. This attempt to sell me an unnecessary service did not cost me anything because I am knowledgeable enough about vehicle service not to take the bait. A couple of additional points: * A young woman brought my clean air filter to the window and asked if I wanted it replaced. No comment on the condition of the filter, again clean, just did I want to buy a new one. Not good * If you Goggle Better Business Bureau complaints Jiffy Lube at 1799 South University Drive https://www.bbb.org/us/fl/fort-lauderdale/profile/lube-service/jiffy-lube-0633-11001650/complaints?page=5 there is a lot there that should give you pause * As to the Jiffy Lube platform in general, Google search Undercover Investigations of Jiffy Lube. Some of the key findings included underperformed services including flushing transmission fluid or replacing filters, that were never done. Unnecessary repairs where hidden cameras captured technicians recommending costly unnecessary repairs, fraudulent techniques using incorrect numbers on testing devices to falsely indicate battery failure and pressure cooker environments where former employees cited intense, supervisor-driven pressure to meet high sales quotas, leading to unethical behavior.

In and out in less than 15 min for an oil change. They live up to their name!…read more I was overdue on an oil change and stopped in Saturday midday after seeing Quick Stop on my Yelp app. I called and they said it would take about 25 minutes. No problem, that's better than leaving my car in the morning and picking it up in the afternoon like another local business told me. I came in and the lady behind the counter was friendly enough. Garages in general don't scream out "friendly customer service" for some reason, but she was pleasant. I gave her my keys and they brought my car around. Less than 15 minutes later I was paying and out of there. Granted, they were not super busy at the time but had about 4 people ahead of me and still got my car done before the amount of time they originally said. The only thing I didn't like is that they don't put one of those paper mats on the driver side. It was pouring and not only did my carpet get wet with the mechanics boots, he had a little bit of oil on them and that got smashed in the carpet. No prob, it was super minor, but a nice paper mat might go a long way next time to keep the customers car clean. I will see you in 2999 miles.

I have been getting my oil changed here for years. Very quick and efficient. Everyone is very nice…read moretoo. Recently, the service has gone down hill. My last oil change they didn't put it and washer fluid, even though it was empty, or check the tire pressure. Who knows what else they didn't check. They fixed it when I went back and complained but it should have been done right the first time. I probably will not go back.

TuneRites WORST CUSTOMER EVER AWARD goes to Granny!!!…read more Here's why -in June 2024 Grannies starter broke. She was given a "courtesy inspection" of her car with pictures. How kind!!! It was reported by an unnamed technician: the coolant was leaking so badly the car will probably overheat. The valve cover was leaking onto the starter, the rear brakes were at 4mm, the tires tread is low and the tires need a rotation. That will be appx $$$2700. WOW THANK YOU !!!! Granny had NO IDEA she was driving such a death trap!!! HEROS They are saving her LIFE!!! HOLD UP!! Granny looks in her driveway ....No spots of oil or coolant on the pavers. Her memory is slipping but she looks up the receipts and before memorial weekend she got brakes and new front tires with an alignment and rotation....in April 2024 ---its only June 2024. Granny took a 800 mile trip Memorial Weekend no fluids used, addeddripping or leaving spots. Granny responds to their "courtesy inspection" pictures with a picture of her empty driveway were teh car would have left spots-clean no spots. Just replace the starter please. They reply -Your car is ready for pick up A Day and 1/2 later Granny goes to pick up the car. Its on the lift? During her wait to pay ,she encounters another Granny, who is waiting for the mechanic to tell her what he discovered is wrong with her car. HEROS I tell you !! Granny pays 400$. Asks about the other issues. This mechanic says it was another guy who is not working today, he can't say- Granny "Fair enough". Granny inspects under the hood (she knows her way around a car) fluids of; oil, coolant, brakes, tranny -all fine just like they were when she checked them memorial weekend before her trip. TuneRite sends Granny an electronic "review - feed back' . She tells them someone grossly misled the facts of the "courtesy Inspection". Tune Rite did not take ownership/accountability of the gross miss evaluation of the car. They tried to gaslight Granny with " we think you should be lucky to know what things could go wrong with your car in the future". In fact they text Granny, she is not welcome to return. She was not belligerent, unkind, bad toned, but she was one of their worst customers EVER !!!! She was a knowledgeable consumer, who takes good a care of her trusty steel steed she calls "Buford ". Granny says "You young- ins got it sooo easy... In the Age of Information and cheap plug in self-diagnostic tools that FACT CHECK mechanics...you don't have to learn cars like I did. Back in the day...those car mechanic places LOOoVE to take advantage of a woman not knowing!!!!! Granny says --Know a little--SAVE A LOT!!!
