No problem, that's better than leaving my car in the morning and picking it up in the afternoon like another local business told me. I came in and the lady behind the counter was friendly enough. Garages in general don't scream out "friendly customer service" for some reason, but she was pleasant. I gave her my keys and they brought my car around. Less than 15 minutes later I was paying and out of there. Granted, they were not super busy at the time but had about 4 people ahead of me and still got my car done before the amount of time they originally said. The only thing I didn't like is that they don't put one of those paper mats on the driver side. It was pouring and not only did my carpet get wet with the mechanics boots, he had a little bit of oil on them and that got smashed in the carpet. No prob, it was super minor, but a nice paper mat might go a long way next time to keep the customers car clean. I will see you in 2999 miles.

I initially brought my minivan in because of an oil leak. It was still covered under an extended warranty. I was able to leave it there. Sergio kept me updated throughout the process. When they diagnosed it, how it was being processed through the warranty company all the way until they finalized the repair and test drives. They made the process easy I brought my minivan back for an unrelated issue and asked for a diagnosis of what was wrong this time. They were able to give me that information and a cost estimate. Unfortunately my medical needs got in the way of having the work done then. Juan was very kind and was able to work with me. As soon as I am able to, I will be going back for the work to be completed. I would recommend this shop for honest and dependable repairs.

We brought our car in expecting it to be repaired, but three days later we were told that they were unable to fix the vehicle. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that the computer board they were supposedly working on was actually covered under an extended warranty through Subaru. We were told that the vehicle needed to be towed to Subaru for the proper repair. Despite not being able to repair the car, the shop still proceeded to have our CarShield auto repair insurance pay its portion, and then demanded that we pay $600 before they would release our vehicle so we could have it towed to Subaru. We were essentially left paying money to a shop that did not fix our car, while being told they would not release our vehicle unless we paid the $600. This experience was incredibly frustrating and left us feeling completely taken advantage of. In our opinion, this was unacceptable. If you're in Davie, please beware and do your research before bringing your vehicle here. We strongly recommend avoiding this shop based on our experience. Thieves, thieves, thieves. We would never use this shop again and want others to know what happened to us.
