They are all professional and friendly (which seems to be rare these days). They did my smog check very quickly. Then I noticed they do paint restoration. I had some peeling clearcoat and paint on my ten year old Toyota, so I asked about that. They gave me a good estimate and scheduled me very quickly. They did the work in about 24 hours after I dropped off my vehicle. Now it looks like new! They also gave me good advice to let the clearcoat cure for a couple of days before washing the car. I was charged $50 and then told to drive it around a few miles and come back the next day. When I asked how many miles needed, they had no idea. I went home to look it up and found out you need to drive a full 100 miles AT LEAST before testing after a new battery is installed. I'm so glad I didn't listen and come back the next day or I'd be out another $50! Oh yea, they don't do free retests like most other places, another huge bummer. When I finally went back and told them it was a retest, the repair guy taking my vehicle info said he'd test it to see if it was ready first... now I wonder, why wouldn't they have done that in the first place to avoid me having to pay multiple times?! The car thankfully passed and I was in and out of there in 20 minutes. Two stars docked for greedy practices, otherwise the second smog was quick and relatively painless. Will not be coming back though.
