What more can you ask? Only thing is I think they need to update their hours online because we stopped by today at around 12 (Sunday) and the shop seemed to be closed while the hours say they opened at 11:30. Sighs throughout tell the building's history. The first floor is filled with machines to order your food, but to avoid the crowd, the second floor has kiosks too. The top floors have seating with free WiFi and outlets. Restrooms are on the top, but keep your receipt so it's free.

The friendly lady who took my order recommended that I get the fries with mayo, because 'when in Rome...' I was pretty grossed-out by the mayo-dipped fries, but the fries alone were amazing.
