I loved this business! The owner was always quite helpful. I started going here because my…read moreprinter used up so much ink for nothing (I didn't print very often) that it was cheaper for me to come in here and get copies, and it was close to home. Unfortunately, the entire shopping center has been closed down and boarded up. I looked on the web to see if he has a new address, but I don't see one, and his website is now a generic parked page. I hope he can re-establish his business somewhere else nearby.

I had a package shipped that needed my signature. I was not going to be home during the delivery…read moretime, so I used the app to change my option to store pick-up. I was charged $5.99 for the change, but I felt this was the safest option. Once I got to the store location nearest me, they charged me another additional $5 as a hold fee. This was never disclosed to me, and they are able to do this (apparently) because they're a "stand alone" UPS store. Again, I was never notified anywhere that this was an additional charge. Feels like a scam so the owner can pocket the fee. Also, the employee was rude when I tried asking for clarification stating I had already paid a fee to UPS. The only saving grace was the employee who originally called me to let me know my package was ready for pickup. He also gave me the most sympathetic reaction when I got surprised by the additional charge (he obviously had no idea).

I told them I wanted to email them a doc to print Vs printing it out myself, she told me the printers were cheaper, Etc but I was in a rush so I told them I'd be happy I pay for them to print it for me versus dealing with a printer. Emailed it. Waited 5-10 mins and they were still talking, I asked them if they got it and they said no. I then said I would just print it myself and got the hell out there. 15 mins when they could have just communicated and then gone back to their conversation. They seem like nice people, but way too relaxed. They should be able to take note when someone is in a hurry and speed up if they want the repeat business. I will try the UPS store on austin next time. I had a very good experience there previously.

There was a lady returning multiple items and she was okay with me being helped first since she knew she was taking a while. Tia said "Nah the notary is going to take a minute" and helping the other lady was 15 mins plus. I know a simple letter notary does not take a while as I am a notary as well. If she does not like working with customers maybe she should find a job where it is not customer based. The lady in front got out of the way because she knew she was taking a long time and a line was forming. Tia processed to state she was unable to log into her notary to notarize my simple document. Update I was able to come to the location on Broadway and the staff were so helpful and the system worked just fine. I was in and out in 3 minutes. Tia do better or get a job where you are happy!
