So I got my car back from The Body Shop finally. It came back in beautiful condition. It did take a little bit to get it in there and get a hold of me to get the repairs but when they did, they were pretty fast. The Body Shop only took a week. I had a great experience! I traveled here from Boise. I had bugs all over my windshield and front of my car. I asked the attendant if the basic wash was good enough. He said yes and he would ask the wash attendant if they would put extra fluid on the prewash and if it wasn't enough and didn't clean the bugs off, he would let me go through again for no charge. I didn't need to because all the bug guts came off the windshield and the bugs on the front were softened and easily wiped away. The only thing I would change would be possibly add some wax so I didn't have to dry it as much with the cloths at the end. High quality car wash. Cleaned very well and much better than other more expensive washes in other locations. read more

They need a more powerful power sprayer to remove bugs from the front of our car. Our car went through the wash once. We checked & it still had bugs. The worker allowed our car to repeat the process. There still were lots of bugs. read more

I pay 70$ a month for 3 cars. However, they have clogged drain and they are unable to wash my cars 50% of the time due to this. Very unhappy with the service. The staff are always smiley and nice! Their wash is great, when running. I wish they would fix the plumbing already! I may find a new wash company. read more

I have been a customer for some time and I am not displeased with their service. The staff are always friendly and kind and are willing to help me if I need something. They do their best and I think the company does its best to hire the qualified people to do the job. It's not easy being a car wash attendant. I had a membership for the best wash, but recently canceled it. My car wasn't the cleanest after washes, there was still soap on my windshield and mirrors almost every time, and it also doesn't dry my car very well. My rims have gotten terribly scratched because of the rails and because the workers don't help guide my car in. Half the time the place is shut down for some reason. Overall it's way overpriced for the service. read more

I bought a month car wash first wash scratched the top of my car. They said no it did not. Asked for a refund never got one called it a lose now the next month got another charge. would not recommend and will never go back. read more

I love quick quack but my experience at this location has not been as great as others. Normally they spray your car with some bug spray which they did not do, they also did not guide me in at all which ended up making me hit the rail which probably messed up my alignment. Other than that the automatic wash did a good job, they need need to work on the people working there at doing better. read more

terrible. do not use this car wash. car wash malfunctioned and our car rolled forward into the car in front of us. quick quack then lied and said they had video evidence proving that we moved our car into drive. when our insurance company asked for the video evidence, we were told they had none. Really awesome car wash, but they don't tell you when you sign up that you must cancel 10 days PRIOR to renewal or you will be charged for the next month. They also don't tell you about the $5 cancellation fee. read more

Best car wash I'm Tooele. Staff is very friendly, good smelling soaps. Personally really like the vacuums and the air blower.

If i could give this place a negative I would. Decided to try it out and ended up with a big scratch on the hood of my car as well as my window for 1. For 2 the whole left side of my car was still dirty after paying $15 for a wash.. definitely would not recommend...my advice drive a few miles down the road and go to the other car wash in Tooele!!! read more
